So thanks to dude for organizing and sweeping. He is a ninja sweep, saw him help a rider up a tricky section without even getting off the bike, too cool for school
Thanks to murph for leading and the others for making it a great day. Special thanks to Adam for a coldy from his secret stash at the end of the ride. mmmmmmm

Thanks to everyone for attending, dude for picking up sweep duties and to adam for organizing things while I was kicking back at camp with no phone reception.
I had a great few days riding and enjoyed running everyone through as well. I need to throw in some more technical sections to make things interesting for next time and perhaps a longer loop option would have been nice, looks like more time on the bike might be called for, lifes tough
Also, when you turn off then turn on the ignition can you hear the fuel pump whirring away for the few seconds it normally does?
Wigster wrote:I’ve just come back from four days away with the family. Loaded the bike up for a week of solo adventuring and bugger me the thing won’t start. It turns over but just won’t fire up.
I’ve checked battery terminals all good.
It started and ran perfectly the day before I went away.
Sidestand switch? It can’t be the main fuse otherwise it wouldn’t turn over.
Ideas anyone? Mr Squiggle?
Wigster
Wont be the sidestand switch wigster, does not stop it from starting unless its in gear. have you tried cracking the throttle just a little as you wind her over? They have the occasional tiger with problems at idle.
FYI – Anyone interested in a early morning cruise around the barringtons, grade 3 and 4 on Sunday will be welcome to join us over the break. Looking at a 8am start. Forecasting a 30degree day so ride will probably finish with a swim in the creek at lunchtime.
Have a merry christmas all
