I suggested it Plindz, but he is soft and wont do it. Not suprised, if they forecast rain in New Zealand he wont take it out of the shed in case it gets nervous, I think ducatis must be made of sugar

No chance he will be ready.
No good mate, you would think that they would loan him a bike given that it broke down with less than 1000kms on it and only weeks old and its taken them since the last navigation ride in June to just diagnose it!!!  Shame on the dealer and KTM
TB
Its got 4K on the odo but still really new, and obviously a QA stuffup. You have got to give kudos to the Japanese on thier quality assurance, I have never had an issue with a new bike until I bought a new KTM. Head bolts torqued incorrectly resulting in leak on the head gasket on number1. All fixed up by KTM newcastle (NEVER BUY A MOTORCYCLE FROM PRO-CYCLES HORNSBY .. EVER, youve been warned)
KTM newcastle have been great, good communication and they have put time in on the bike. They did have to wait a few weeks for some parts. We talked to Shane about a loan bike but they dont have one so no luck.
Merlyn will make the next one I am sure, mind you he changes bikes often so it may be on a new 1190 if the parts take too long.
Hey TB,
Merlyn is out for this ride, his KTM 990 is still not repaired, they have found the problem though, loose main crank bolt
No chance he will be ready.
Does anyone know if Lotsa has been riding in New Zealand lately

Till the next time :woohoo:
Adam.
Awesome vid Adam and a great day. Old Bulls Rocks
Good job plindz, amazing that it opens up more the closer you get the airbox, I would have cut more just to maximize the air as much as possible.
Real shame you cant make it to the Aug Ride, We need to do a local run on the adv bikes one day soon so I can ogle your F800.

EAGLE`02 wrote:Great pics as usual Murph !!Still glad I don`t ride with you guys anymore
I see you gave Mr Squiggle a workover on sat as well??Looks like he may need more wood in his pencil ??? :silly:
Cheers
Yes they did, and the pencil is fine thanks
Looks like I bailed at the right time actually
These guys just seem to romp over this stuff and still have enough energy left to get back down the track to give a hand. Saw some really great riding on Saturday.
Have a secret weapon for the next one though. Im prone to cramping and found out that low magnesium absorbsion and cramping has been an issue for 2 generations of squiggles . Now they tell me … sheesh
Cant wait to see if the new happy pills solve the problem, then all I have to do is figure out how to stay upright. God I love getting old, so much fun
damn that looks familiar
Short vid, cut the guts out of this one to try and minimize the boring bits
Make sure quality is maxed

If you have room for another I am keen
A big thankyou to murph and the boys for taking me along today. I had an absolute HOOT. Great trails and a great day. I had to pull up stumps at about 3 in the arvo due to my stick I.T. legs cramping up something horrid. No pain no gain as the say, thanks to murph for facilitating my early exit and missing out on a couple of singles to do so.
I am really jealous of the bike fitness these guys have, to do it all again tomorow is amazing. Determined to build some fitness over the next couple of weeks and hopefully will get to join in again. Did I mention that today was friggin awesome
Cant wait to see some of the footage, more cameras than bikes today!
