    Just sent Hatto the fork seal manual
    I may have my sons pics and description of just seal replacement in case you tend to get bogged down with all the other shit you don’t have to touch eg valving and stuff. Will have a look for it this arvo

    Hey Dudes
    If you PM me an email address I will send you the manual for the 04 model Kato
    I have the 07 model and have done the seals a number of times on my kids 03 200 KTM and my 525. Pretty easy job.

    Top day had
    Almost finshed the roof on the carport but it just got too bloody hot so I consumed a bottle of Turkey in the arvo whilst swimming in the pool B)

    Have owned an 04 and now own an 07 525
    Over 13000kms on the later now
    Can honestly say both bikes have been great
    Bash plate, barkbuster and maybe some radiator guards, mate
    There will be no stopping you :woohoo:

    Glad I’m not the only one
    I got caught riding my kids KTM 200 with a side car on riding down the M4
    WTF :silly: :silly:
    Had to write a letter to Roam describing Tims bike being a two stroke endeuro and there was no way I would of ridden it along the M4 especially with a sidecar attatched.
    An apollogy was written back to me and all was good again
    What were they thinking :angry:
