MurphMust admitt Tim did that mother of a hill/cliff better than I

In my defence, he did have a good teacher   Or teachers as you were there to see him grow from that first little KX60 of his
 :laugh:Hope I’m not too drunk before these bloody photos download
:woohoo:Damn machine seems to have stalled on pic 15
Hoping you get some answers Mr Blue as my postie bike is doing the exact same thing, dumping the whole tank of fuel while I was at work the other day. Also have adjusted float level and checked needle and seat???? Will get a new needle and seat today and see what happens??
Cheers
MurphSorry to hear about your big off Wayne. We’re getting too old for injuries. Hope all heals well mate

MurphPhat tyre there Crash :woohoo:
If you get a chance, take another pic with a box of matches in the tread so we can get the real perspective of the chunky new tyre :woohoo:
I have been back on the IRC’s but after a long break of them being not available in our wonderful land of Oz, they seemed to have changed the sizing???? where as two years ago the 140’s were a nice phat tyre, it seems as though they have downsized them now??
Can’t complain though, they are still only $90 fitted (for me)
Have noticed that they are not lasting as long as the old breed though
Good luck Crash
Cheers
MurphWheres the ride report fellas

I heard there might be a story or two concerning the Dudes off at Razorback
Cheers
MurphHey again
If you dont have a torque wrench I could perhaps help out so you can get the correct settings on rebuild
Cheers
MurphHey Ontherun
Sounds like you have some mech nouse, having taken the head and barrel off to fit new rings
Its just one more step and that is to remove the piston. As ollie said the main thing to watch here is that you don’t drop anything into the casing, rag stuffed into casing around conrod will suffice
Give it ago :woohoo:
Saves on labour costs :woohoo:
If you run into trouble PM me as I only live around the corner at Buttaba :woohoo:
Cheers
