    Hey Austblue
I had to do the helicoil trick on my last Ktm 525. Had to drop the motor out but it all went pretty smoothly. If you put plenty of grease on the drill bit you will catch most of the swarf.

    Howdy all
We have two loops to do on Saturday, so it will be an extremely early start. Would like to be on the bikes by 7:30 starting at Old Olney camp ground which is just north of the Pines.
The first loop will head south via singles tracks, down Hitchcocks, up Maculata and Prick hill then back to the cars for lunch (the exact same loop I did on my first ride with the Bulls)
The second loop will head towards the Basin via more singles, a nice rocky up hill, the Koala trail and back to the cars.
Bring something for lunch and extra fuel.
Should be a great day out.:woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:
    Cheers

    Cheers Dudes

I have no idea where you are talking about, but if it were the Watto’s I’d be pritty upset  👿
If what you say is true and its going to go ahead, is there anything we can do????????? Always keen to save our riding areas as they seem to be dwindling on a regular basis:ohmy: Don’t get me wrong, I’m all for conservation but Ausie is a big place and some of us love to explore some of her (Ausie, why is it a she,,, I don’t bloody know,,,,, too scared to go there) more intamet places. Sure this is best done on foot :X but most of us aren’t getting any younger:( So I say leave it open to at least the most inavasive vehicles at least:) Two wheels cut far less than four:woohoo: Thats strange for me to say as I drive an oversized Nissan Patrol but hey, hoarses for courses.
Is it too late for petitions and the such, or am I jumping the gun?? or too late??
    Cheers

    Hey Ollie
I can assure you its not what it looks like, but it wouldn’t be the first time I was called a tree hugging hippy:laugh:
Hope your finger is well enough for KTM Bull’s weekend.
My father only passed away a bit over 12 months ago, RIP. He had a property at Bellangry, probably 15 mins from Rolland plains by dirt track. Would of definately been there next weekend if he were still with us:(
I’m sure KTM Bull will take you’s up to Punchbowl Waterfall and onto so many great tracks in the area:woohoo: :woohoo:
After all this is where Chris Hollis came from:woohoo:
    Cheers,
I have had too many Turkeys to continue making any sense:silly: :silly: :silly: :silly:

    Hey Austblue
I made the mistake once of puting a set of organic pads on My sons YZ, they only lasted one ride. The sintered pads are the ones you want.

    Good advice Al
Ive never drowned one “yet” but it would be very important to change the oil a number of times if neccessary if you wanted a full life out your machine.
