MurphAnother question
Do you have to import straight from the camera or can you put the footage onto your computer and import into “Studio” from there?
Thinking about buying Pinnacle Studio 14 from ebay. $69Jeffro wrote:Not sure why you are having trouble with Windows Live Moviemaker Murph. I t takes a bit of time for it to “Prepare playback quality” but it only does that once for each video you open with it. The next time you open the same video it starts straight away. From there on it is fairly straight forward to use I reckon, click on the edit tab to set start, stop 0r split points.
Mine opened a new 7 minutes video in the time it took to type this.
Windows live movie maker seems to seize up and then tells me that it is not responding
Could be me, though
Thanks fella’ssingletrackmind wrote:Is the problem with the Windows editor or could it be that your computer can’t handle the big files that HD footage creates. Just check that first otherwise anything you spend on software will be wasted.
To check just load a raw file and view it on you monitor. If it plays smoothly all good, if it jumps, is jerky or skip frames you need hardware upgrades.STM
Puter plays the “raw” footage without any problems
When I bought the lap top, 8 months ago, I did tell the sales bloke that I would need something that would cope with editing movies
Might look into the Pinnacle Studio 14, that Trailraider mentionedCheers all
Its all you riders that make it a fun day out.
Without them its just lonely tracks out in the bush.
