We do a lot of very tight technical stuff and my fan on the 500 runs most of the time in those sections.
I’m sure it saves my bike from boiling over as I have seen plenty of other bikes spitting and hissing on our trails. The 500 came with the fan fitted but I’m sure it wouldn’t be a biggy to fit one to your Kato.
Would only warrant fitting one if you have had temp issues in the past.

We live in the best country on earth and this weekend is a great chance to celebrate it. I have stepped foot on every continent bar Antarctica and I am proud to call Australia home. In reality it is only as good as you make it and there are many great places to live, but I am Aussie and I appreciate what we have.
Tomorrow I get to ride my bike and Saturday morning I get to go surfing, all within a stones throw from my front door.
The rain is falling lightly to buff the trails and the surf is on the rise.

    Bloody hell Burnsy
    That was hardcore mate
A breakdown is bad enough but in that heat would of sucked

We’ve had a couple of showers but no sign of the southerly change as yet.
Chris-t said it has gone through his place so it will only be a couple of hours before it hits here. B)

    Cheers

Sounds like that southerly is going to hit us soon, Chris. :woohoo:
We have had couple of short showers
Not enough to puddle but it may cut the dust
Tomorrows forecast is for chance of a shower and 25 degrees. :woohoo:
We have had Stuart drop out due to an injury but we have picked up Tims mate CJ. B)
Looking like a good ride day.
