On the cleaning topic how do you lot clean inside ur helmet? I have a fox v2 and i dont think all the padding comes out so should i just hose it out?

I am suppose to be heading to the hunter valley for work around then so i have to arange a new date i can con Mike into taking me around his home town. However i might be blowing through around then so i could prob throw the bike on and leave it there for the Coffs coast ride. Northerners welcome too?
