Well I went back to work yesturday and it did Suk !!

So I thought bugger work , made some calls ,sent out a few texts and at late notice 3 of us headed out the back of my place with 2 goals . Find a dirt only adventure ride to get north west and to discover some new single tracks.

The 1st goal was kicked in an hour , the next 5 1/2 were spent finding 2 great trails and some dead ends in-between !!
1 single track felt at least 10k long the other was as close to Motox whoops you will find in the bush !!! Sandy trails then trials style rock hill climb ! Gold !

Going back to work tomorrow will suk but be better after an epic day on the bike :woohoo:

I am now running a moose tube in the front for the first time and I have to say I can tell no difference between it and a tube so far. It is however a bastard to fit but I think now I’ve done one the next will be easier.

I really like the idea of the TuBliss system but have so few rear flats I’m not sure I need one where I ride , what made you get one in the first place Adam ?

Are the front flats due to lower tyre pressure in search of more traction ??

If so , do you think a moose front and TuBliss rear could be a near perfect combination ????

I used steel wool with metal cleaner/polish and it came up a treat , might be hard to do on the hubs though !

Sounds like a good day out Razor I still think of the Lightning Ridge ride this year , you have got some great adventure riding country over their !!

I really enjoy the pine singles , something we don’t have up here !

It looked like the pace was on too , I had a hell of a job keeping Galey in sight when we went to get help for Mick so I can imagine how fit you’d need to be for a 2 day ride !!!

Thanks for sharing that mod TT , it’s different to the inner tube mod I’ve seen in the past and if you get an extra 4000km out of your rubbers that great.

I’m planning on working through to the 14 th when we go to Noosa for a week then it’s the High Country ride , it’s hard working knowing most people are on holidays !!
