I got a couple more bits for the Tenere and both seem to be very well made and practical

This is a replacement for the sump drain plug. It screws in to the same position but has a built in valve that only releases the oil once the valve connector pipe is fitted. It eliminates the need to remove the bash plate when draining oil and also makes the job way cleaner.

I was in Macdonald’s recently when I suddenly realized I desperately needed to fart.
The music was really, really loud, so I timed my fart with the beat of the music..
After a couple of farts, I started to feel better. I finished my coffee, and noticed that everybody was staring at me….

Then I suddenly remembered that I was listening to my iPod. ……..

I go tent, although it may not be as comfortable you can get all your gear in under cover and it’s heaps smaller than a swag !

Very sad news for everyone that knew Mal, I only ever spoke with him on the phone and never had the pleasure of meeting him but from all the stories I have heard he was an absolute legend.

My deepest condoleances to his family

G’Day guys, I just bought a really good setup from Kreigar. Its the 3L Hydra Pack with the US-5 add on & tool roll
I bought it so the 5L add on attaches to the Hydration Pack when Im on the 450 and comes off easily and straps to the adventure bike when I like. you can also get a tank strap and turn it into a tank bag.
The tool roll fits in nicely to the 5L with all of my tools inc tire levers. Lucky both are KTM with similar tools.
Pics are on the site below. I will do a follow up with pics of mine.
Its a really well designed and good comfortable shoulder strap clip system. They also have bigger packs and accessories that all strap together. It hasnt had much use yet but the quality is top of the line.

I have been using kreiga gear for a while now and it is very good quality gear , the add ons are a great idea and work well for adv riding as they’re waterproof too. Haven’t seen the kreiga bumbag yet but I’m sure it’s top quality. Maybe when my Kelly bumbag falls apart in 100 years time I’ll check out the kreiga !!

Another question to ad to this thread.
Do you carry it over your bum…or around the front?
I carry mine at the front, feels like it protects my small gut …but seeing the photo,i might end up with a spanner in my guts  …(mostly snakes and ciggies in my bum bag anyway)
    Bol :woohoo:

I wear mine at the front too Bol ! You just got to make sure you land on your back I guess !

Hi Seb, welcome to Old Bull Trailriders! Great intro with all the icons ;)

I rode in the Watagans for the first time this year and had a ball, we were on adventure bikes but you could see top looking single tracks everywhere,

See you on the trails sometime!

Great trip Katgirl, I hope you have a ball . My father lives 10 minutes from the Austrian border and I know the beauty of the area you are covering. I’m very jealous!! Doesn’t matter one bit that your not on dirt I would love to do that ride.

Have a great time and take heaps of pics!
