Once it cools down and the fires stop burning in our ride area Spud and I are talking about a 2 day far north coast ride. We could offer 2 days great riding but it would need to be the cooler months like May or they’ll be some cooked bulls !! It was 37 at my place today and I nearly cooked the goose walking to the beer fridge

I agree but I was surprised how far back the back protectors will allow you to bend , way more than should before a compression fracture , and I wonder why ? It wouldn’t matter it they were more ridged and stopped you bending back that far, or is that just mine , do others stop you bending too far back past vertical ?
The kidney belt question was more about support than prevention of further injury but it’s interesting about the usefulness of some back protectors
