It pulls the back protector in tight as well as a bonusTB
Do you think the pressure suit back protectors actually do anything other than stop scratches , stabs etc ? Mine wouldn’t stop a serious injury IMO !

I reckon your metal art could get you one within the year mate , people love the stuff and you make some of the best
Force field is great gear James , I’ve had the action vest for a year or so and wear it on home hot laps. It has no kidney belt so I’d be really keen to see yours mate
Thanks for the info !!
Nick
Don’t blame the dolphin mate it probably has never seen another shiny hairless mammal before

at least you had a go mate , it was a nasty up hill landing that would have hurt it if went wrong !!
Nice arty shot of your DRZ at the beginning though (1:12 mark ) !!

How did that creek jump go at 1:56 Rob ??
Awesome edit STM , lots of original angles we haven’t seen before and good fun helping with some of the filming
Lee will be stoked I reckon

pete the wulf wrote:Hey nick,
Doesn’t the 661 pressure suit have a built in kidney belt ? my Acerbis amour does, plus its back armour is a little more durable than my pressure suit.
I wouldn’t say that your an unfit guy mate and i think that might have something to do with you not snapping your back completely and ending up in a wheel chair, maybe good core strength can give more protection than we think.PTW
The 661 suit does have a kidney belt of sorts but it only covers a small surface area , after looking at the specific kidney belts they seem much wider and with more adjustment.
As for core strength , the doctors reckon riding dirt bikes regularly built me up enough to keep me walking and alive
so riding dirt bikes can save your life
Nick
That’s right , the Bello bail , I remember
Cheers for the info , if could be what I’m after !
Nato wrote:I used to have one ages ago but found it uncomfortable and i didn’t really find a situation so far it would help, But i don’t run elbow or knee protection either so you may like them. Thanks mate , I was wondering if they took pressure off the lumber area when riding ? Plus you don’t crash Nato so no protection needed hey
Nick
The whole crew at Cross roads are cluey , Clint who works in the workshop with Lee is an ex motocross racer and awesome mechanic too. I like the fact that everyone their rides dirt bikes , towards end of the test day Claudia geared up and rode a few laps , as did Lee ( he wouldn’t come back
) , Michael the sales guy cut a lap , Clint rode after taping himself head to toe ( mx pays you back after a few years
) Even Lees young bloke got on his TTR 50 and cut some laps with the big kids !!!
Great family business !!
