Some great advice and tips that I’m sure will help a lot
Does anyone use magnesium ? Ev put me onto it and it made the last Lowanna ride a lot easier by easing the cramps.

When waiting for your team mate relax have something to eat and drink,make sure you have a piss, when your racing you dont need to think about all the other stuff you gotta concentrate on being smooth. Enjoy it for what it is,remember your priorities as well, family friends income,your there to have fun and a challenge,your not racing for “sheep stations”

That looks like a tidy bike and Stms WR 250f was a great bike, as he was also on his L’s at the time it served a couple of purposes
I think the advice you got on the WR 250r was spot on , very capable bike and super reliable adv mount too. All you’d need is a larger tank and some bags and you’ve got 2 bikes in 1.

I was right into Kiss at about 13 , then once I discovered the pleasures of beer and herbal cigarettes it was Pink Floyd all the way , I got a ticket to a charity gig they headlined at Knebworth in 1989 for 10 pounds at a pub the night before and stood through – Tears for Fears – cliff Richard – Status Quo – dire Straits – Eric Clapton – Elton John and Paul McCartney before Floyd graced the stage and I smoked a sad excuse of a joint with some fellow hippies and watched the best show I had ever and probably will ever see
Listening to Shine on you crazy diamond from the Wish You Were Here album still takes me back to that night ( minus the enhancing substances of course !!)Nick
