Hi and welcome to the site
your in a good place to enjoy some great old bull rides , theirs some fun ride gatherings through the year and some characters to meet on the trails !!!
Enjoy
Nick
Have a look at the SW motech bars Jim, they protect the bike very well and only weigh a couple of kilos
I can’t say the weight of any of my bikes protection has been a concern , especially after ditching the 6 kg standard pipe for the light weight leos

Great looking bike their and sounds like a lot of fun , any big trips planned for it ?
Happy birthday T driver , hope you had a top day mate
Looking forward to a ride soon !! :woohoo:

Enjoy the trip fellas, will be watching with great interest as a group of my mates are planning the same August 2013!!!
Well spotted XT but I keep them in my bumbag as standard trail tools so I didn’t list them individually , as I didn’t list spanners, t bar , sockets etc
And as an electrician I use them for everything
Are you joining your mates on their cape ride next year ?
If not I think you should consider it , I can’t wait now !!! :woohoo:

I put my eldest daughter on the back and we did a 100 km loop of some good dirt roads and I have to say it didn’t take long at all to get back into it and start enjoying the big girl againThe bike handled well and both my daughter and I had a ball !!
Now bring on the Cape ! :woohoo:

Jeffro wrote:Nato wrote:The bike is the easy bit its getting the boots back to new that gets me!I treat mine the same as the bike, truckwash and the pressure washer.
I do the same Jeffro then give them a generous spray with tyre shine so they’re easy to clean next time
