only problem is after 8 weeks of owning the bike some other FUCKER decided they wanted it more than I did and stole the freken thing :-(

Well that was on a Sat night…..Swan insurance was very good and paid out the finance very quickly….

Well during the week after it was stolen I was looking on the ebay and saw another tiger which looked fairly nice, a mate decided to send the person a message with a low ball figure..they had starting bid at $13500 or around that number, My mate offered him $12k cash pick up on the weekend, and fuck me he said YES lol

    ROAD TRIP

Bike was in Wagga Wagga we are in brisbane, 1255kms one way.

We left my mates place 6.30pm friday night and got home 5am Sunday morning 2500 odd kms later bike on the back of mates ute and I had myself anotehr tiger :-)

Are you sure u mean the Mitas E-07 and not the Heidenau K60 Scout which does have a strip down the middle on the largest sizes due to them going on bigger bikes like a BMW

    Thanks for that…

I will call on Monday and sort out a large ass rear spring for the DR

Also when I removed the spring I found this

Not sure what the 9.0 is but ill call MPE on monday and see if they can shed some light.

Question will the DR spring fit the DRZ ?

This is me….yes im holding it in

thas ok I f i really was in a hurry i could of picked up the phone lol

I just rechecked and it is a 6.6 spring so I guess I best repalce that one as well or my fat ass will break it hehe

So my next question would be, how much for a 10.0 spring for a DR and DRZ :-)

How hard are they to remove….I have done springs in a car before with a mate and i havent died from doing that yet.

Im not sure how long ago the suspension was done so my guess is it may be better to send the hole shock assembly down to get it looked at…..gezz how much would that be.

    thanks in advance

Here is a small river crossing we did on the ride

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bUWoadWYWTY&feature=c4-overview&list=UUFYiSgvnQtNecv3Hj4Lcthg

The mighty DR did this trip with ease…wore out my T63 rear around (4000kms) and also finished off the D606 front around (6000kms)

I managed 1840kms in the 4 days even with a bit of an off the DR hardly had a mark on her…hope to be able to fix the video that shows this as the camera was on but shut off with the crash and ended up not finishing the video, so if anyone knows of a free program to fix .MOV files let me know

The final day for 5 of us was 650kms now thats numb bum zone right there

Have a slight oil leak somewhere which I need to look for

Will be putting a Heidenau K60 Scout 50/50 on the rear and a D606 front again as all our rides so far have been forest tracks and road.
