Actually now that u mention it I don’t get much range out of mine either :huh: mine is fuel injected, has the 8.5 tank. 2009. Wondee wjat strucky got out of it??

Going to ask stupid question now….how do you tell what gearing it runs? I usually don’t even know what gear I’m riding in most of the time ( until I start to change down and I have to just keep clicking that leaver :pinch: ).
Is it like a car and depends on what type of driving you’re doing??

Its a bit Funny in my house at the moment. On the day before the ride my 4 1/2 yr old jumped off the roof of a playgym and broke both bones in his arm! So he is in a full cast up past his elbow. Then last night I agravate an old injury in my good wrist so have to wear braces on both hands for a few days :laugh: :laugh: We get some odd looks when we go out. :blink:
My hubby works in wagga wagga, so thank god I have a very capable 12yr old at home…..she thinks her brother and her mother are idiots by the way :laugh:

Very funny. Its not that bad actually, just painful enough to require support. I’ve had much worse breaks before and kept riding . But I’ve paid for this course so I’m doing it even it means another cast next week and my hand in ice all afternoon!

FF= its the course at pacific park I’m doing the 4hr one :unsure: Hoping to overcome some of my downhill issues :blush: . lol yep thats me suzy home maker :whistle:

Wolfie- it doesn’t have to be all molded together. They can make it into a series of plates that would strap together with velcro. The thermoplastic is great you can remold it yourself to suit. Something to talk about with your physio anyway.

Intersting…… just had flick through the summary of final report.

So basically there is now a hold on declaring any more public lands national parks until full investigation can be carried out.

I do like the argument put forward by dsmra. Why should only fit young people that can hike for hours have access to national parks. Great point wonder what the anti discrimination laws are like in regards to this??

Oh yeah and I got my xray results back today looks like I’ve got a tiny hairline fracture in my hand. Right where I said to the boys after they had helped me get up, “I’m pretty sure I’ve broken it here” :pinch:

All good though. Its at the base of my pinky so I can still use the clutch next sunday on my Trials course. :woohoo: Will just stock up on pain killers before I go and try not to fall on that hand again :laugh:

I took a heap of footage from MickP’s birthday ride which was very reveling about what I thought of the ride and some of the down hills. Trust me it’s not for general viewing!! I always new I could swear with the best of them, but even I was surprised about what I said.

It flipped from encouraging myself (in a very positive and weird way) to cussing like a sailor!!!

I will have to try the singing method, thats gold!!

Bring her along! I’m not doing any adventure stuff just track and trails so she can keep me company a YZ85 is about my speed. :cheer:
On one condition …..she lets me have a spin on it . She can ride my TE310 if she feels up to it too. Happy to potter around the tracks giving her a hand (read: she can help me pick MY bike up too :whistle: :pinch: )
