could also be a partial blockage in the pick up tube(the really fine holes in the bottom of the main jet.
heres my theory  As you are leading up to go over a jump ,you will probably be on the needle or the main,as you hit the jump you chop the throttle, because the bike will be doing a few revs and then goes into the throttle off position this essentialy leans the mixture to much which causes the bike to cough. This is just a stab in the dark but as dick said all should be revealed when the carby is pulled apart (maybe)

    I got nuthin

Righto I have just got off the Blower to Trent Lean who is the property owner of the area that we will be camping in on friday and Saturday night. He has given me approval for you Larrakins to stay there :woohoo: He may also come along for a ride on one of the days as well. I have given my word to be the responsible person and to make sure everything runs smoothly and to ensure we leave the place like we found it as Im sure we will. I would also like to show my appreciation and Gratitude to Trent and his father Bob,by shouting them a bottle of Scotch each and a Voucher for a feed at the the local pub. I think if everyone who stays there could donate say $5 this would easily cover it. If anyone has any objections or other ideas please let me know. This will be an awesome weekend and I cant wait for it to come around.

If anyone wants to stay in a B&B for the night this can be done at the property that is just across the Rd (also part of Trents Property)

Thanks Dick! So was that a mechanical buffer with a foam pad?

I did try some 280 wet and Dry to start with then finished with 600 wet and dry and a slurry of cutting compound and water seems ok but very laborious :(

    keep em coming!!

Sorry Ollie but after meeting her and her shcool friends before she got real famous and having to put up with her in a ski lodge for a week I have to say she appears almost transparent and characterless to me.

    But she is very attractive.

The real talent was Maryanne in Gilligans Island (Ginger was also transparent).

Wikd you name dropper   Gotta agree with Maryanne over Ginger, must be those piggy tails and School girl looks

So Dick sits down on saturday night and reads this whole thread and Dicks head hurts

    Dick has some questions

1/ Has a bike been tested as offered by who Dick cant remember?

2/ Is Rat Australia’s only living brain donor? No theres plenty out there Dick!

3/ How many test points are used and you must have to drill and tap to get accurate readings as things like temp stickers are only a guide of the casting temperature really aren’t they

4/ Has any other brand other then my loving brand KTM be tested if not why pick on gods greatest invention only? Maybe my Gasser will be next?

5/ Are Rat and Bull one and the same person? No! just partners in Crime

    6/ Do they grow hydroponic?

    Probably!!

Thats Funny shit right there!! Thanks Dick
