Two questions though, what happens when a part is in the wrong box or damaged in shipping say? Mate never had a problem with the wrong part being sent or damaged so I will continue to take my chances

How does the warranty work for those parts say there is a problem? I think you would have to address it to the manufacturer but ive never had an issue – yet

$346 is hard to go against and I am not as I have shopped overseas.

Where did you get quoted here? Ballards,Scotties, procycle over many months

Their communication is not the best but no problems when you actually purchase straight from the site and then ask the seller a question Ie get a real person ;) well a Yank at least

For trailriding you need a softish seat to enjoy your ride especially on multi dayers, doesnt matter who you are you will be sitting more than standing.
With the power thing,The crf450 and the WR450 for that matter are power monsters which is not necessarily a good thing when it comes to getting thru a good full days worth of riding. In my experience with the WR450 was it was great for about 3 hours then you start making silly mistakes from fatigue, whereas the the 300 and the rmx for that matter I can ride all day. The four strokes have it all over the 2 strokes on the longer more open trails in my opinion, fortunatley I prefer single track. Champo just changed the gearing on his TM and rode it on a couple of big rides.

I look forward to going on another ride with you in the new year Trent B)

I think the main reason he went over the bars was the fact that he was on a fifty that has a really small back wheel, The suspension would have compressed and the rebound was enough to throw the little tacker (light weight) over the bars. I doubt this would have occurred on a full size bike. Dont those fifties rip tho :woohoo: reminds me of my Italjet days around greenhill speedway. :woohoo:

Yeh no probs mister ” I need a sheepskin cover”

I agree with you though Beemer they are ridiculously hard (solid rubber arnt they?) definatley not intended for the average trail bike rider Do they come out in a softer version for the latest models?

You should try the Gasgas seat after a couple of hours  Bike pants and lots of baby powder are the go  I just ordered a Polisport softseat option from the UK delivered $175
    B)

Funny you mention the DRZ seat as being hard as the RMX seat is bewdiful ;) although if It was just road riding that would probably be a bit different
