Bowmans is a good downhill :woohoo: I led the crew down there on the second day of last years Christmas Party. There was a few unmentionable expletives used in that section

unfortunatley the extreme 4wding crowd have got in there in their monster trucks and have totaly buggered it up   so much so that NPWS are going to be putting a gate on it. Al it takes is a few idiots

Gyday Corey, just a word of advice, I would remove or relocate the horn from behind the radiator and while your at it wrap your fuel tap (or relocate if you can) with some foam rubber. I have seen a few KLX radiators get centre punched by the fuel tap, very exspensive if you know what I mean ;)

Gili and I have just done a quick 3 hours in the Watagans this arvo. Gotta love daylight savings B) Let me tell you now the conditions are perfect!! we had a really good ride, plenty of puddles, not a lot of trees down and absolutely no one else out there. You guys will have a blast, enjoy it while the conditions are favorable,as it will soon be turning to dust again.

try beating with a bat. mainly in the sections you sit most of the time
or take it to an uposterer (?) and get him/her to cut a layer off and replace it with a softer layer.

ps ollie. i picked up some 2t pipe deruster on sale at a local bike shop for you if you want to try it. sorry but your blamishes are noticeable. not that my machines are a show and shine

Thanks Champo, but if it gets bad enough to worry me I will just bring it to work and bead blast, then a snappy paint job B) what blemishes ;) cheers mate, Ps the Carbon fibre pipe gaurd worked a treat for me at Louee B)
