Top effort Boys and Girlz done in the true OB spirit. Lots of kays done at a pretty quick pace to. Cant say its my cup of tea or that I would have done it on a two stroke (got me beat how champo does it:dry: ) Dan shame about the tyres, obviously not suited to that type of terrain and riding, being a softer compound and all. Mine went well in the Watagans on Saturday, even the one you nearly had a heart failure on:laugh:

Crash mate your selling yourself short, You gave the big fella to much head start:laugh:

Jeffro and Boulder great blokes out having a Phat time awsome stuff guys. PS I think Gili may want to sell his well cared for 08 WR450 for a 2 stroke soon;)

The back up crew :woohoo: I could just imagine the stories that were coming out of that vehicle:laugh::kiss:

Great stuff B) beats sitting on a lounge watching the tube any day.

Vman and Mal, The Husky and Gasgas share the same forks 45mm Marzocchi shivers. They have a problem with the plushness of the unit and they are also to softly sprung for us more Portly fella’s (theres that word again) and need to have heavier springs fitted. Terry Hay also does a machining job on the stanchions to help with the plushness and a revalve. I had my Gasser done and hope to test out the work he’s done this weekend .

Cant guarantee front cases I can guarantee rear cases. I only ask the manufacturer to supply me with the above named brands.

    Have a good ride guys:cheer:

No probs Dan,like you said better than the bald tyre you had on it:laugh: I think the Kings tyre is a 6 ply:dry: so it might be a bit stiff in the side wall, just have a fiddle with the tyre pressures, recommend about 12 – 14 PSI to start with.B)

Dan D, make sure you get a good casing for this ride or you could be sorry!! speaking from expierance here i have had good milage from a $60.00 retread with a good quality casing and really poor milage from a poor casing. IE; A tyre that you would buy from new as a casing!!
We started buying theses retreads when they were new to the market and it makes all the difference!! Your only as good as what you start with!

I dont know if the case that I got was good or bad? Kings Tire:huh: never heard of them – anyone else?

I will just have to wait and see how it goes – it’s gotta be better than the baldish tyre that I was gonna use.

Thats the trouble with retreads they cap anything, ask the salesman here he will tell you its all good

Good call Boulder, hope the case holds together

    TB

Dan you obviously didnt get the retread from me,as I only stock tyres that have a good reputation Ie metzeler,Pirelli,Bridgestone Dunlops mainly. Kings tyre is a low end tyre. But hey you may be pleasantly surprisedB) you should at least get some good mileage from it;)
