Henke should be ashamed of himself. That’s a waste of a great bike.

Nice one Mal B) I hope you dont get bored going from a 300 2T  I reckon a 300 4t would be good for racing as it wont be taxing on the old body

I spoke to my mate Henke the other day he has his 2010 GG Nambotin still with only 296 KM  opposite end of the spectrum compared to yours

Well that was one of the weirdest rides Ive ever been on  Thank god i am now at home licking my wounds.
Started off at the pre-arranged site at 9, a couple of guys did not show so we were down to six. Adam chose a trail and high sided his Kato :cheer: Not 1 km into the ride and I had blood pissing out of my nose  Must have been the Voltaren I had I dunno but it distracted me quite a bit, Adam I will wash the rag that you loaned me and give it back next time  We hit the normal trails and I made a bad decision going up a gnarley hill and had a little lay down, unfortunately Mike had no where to go and fell quite hard back first onto my bike He missed the foot peg by what must have been millimetres. The next few Kays were a bit uneventful I was starting to feel the effects of being unfit :( I may as well of been a 2 pack a day smoker trying to get some oxygen into the lungs. Headed down to a gully that has been used by some bikes for enduro practice I hit a log like a gumby and did a superman impersonation over the bars and landed on my head, Adam got plenty of entertainment out of it :silly: The next hour or so was mainly single trail going into and out of Gullies and following the tracks near the push bike tracks. Next came my greatest Gumby moment going down a little creek crossing getting ready to hit a angled log that Mike had set the camera up for  My front wheel hit a root and deflected my down into the creek bed with me hanging on for dear life, I think the pegs dug into the back of my calve as it is killing me now. Took Adam Mike and Myself to drag the bike back up the hill to where I could kick her back into life. I just about needed an oxygen mask after that episode and flogged myself getting over the dreaded angled log ( Normally a piece of piss to get over) that wasnt pretty and By the time I got to the boys who were patiently waiting for me at the top I was completely wasted. Adam was feeling a bit sore from an over the bars moment he had a little earlier and suggested he may head home I was quick to offer him an escort  so we headed back to the cars, where Adam helped me load up. Then I made the quick trip back down the F3 to Hornsby and had a hot shower and a nanna nap before watching the knights take on the dogs. A good day
Thanks Gordo for organising, Adam for leading and the other lads for being there to make it a great ride. 3 2 strokes and 3 4strokes :woohoo: Im going to bed

Thieves can easily get around a disk lock ;) Have a look at GPS trackers which can alert your mobile if moved out of a certain perimeter. Your missus can even call it up when your out on the track to check to see where you are, (that could be good or bad  )

I have seen personal alarms attached to a indiscreet piece of fishing line, the bike gets moved and pulls out a pin,the 130 DB alarm can only be shut off when the pin is replaced.

A good shed alarm should be your first investment as it may stop the pricks getting in the there in the first place.
