Yep TB I agree on the points you mentioned above as well.
Sutto’s and Ballards excellent, same as R&D Husky cant comment on Battyes or Westerns(yet)Its a very competitive market and they have to perform or the customers will go elsewhere. Find a mob you like and stick to emB)

Nice report JRD
I concur with the Rimlock, they are an absolute joke,Michelin I believe, I replaced mine as soon as I saw it.
It is good that we have good dealers that we can build a relationship with, I went with Scotties also because of his phone manner and his genuine care about his customers,(plus he has a cool website) I am sure Steve at Picton would be the same,we just need more of them eh? On Saturday whilst we were in the middle of warchoppy whoop whoop we rang up Mud and Tar and ordered some wheel bearings, Lukes wife picked them up and I had them in my hands that ArvoB)

Ah TB you are a cunny funt arnt you! Ash was holding me up all day:dry:
Strucky mate you were out there, doing it thats the main thing. Trail bike riding is not all about how fast you can go,more about being able to conquer the obstacles and challenges placed in front of you and watching others crash is pretty good too:laugh: see you up there next time mate.

Referring to anyone in particular Ollie?? Next time,if you want to look sincere, stop laughing when you ask if the said fallen rider is OK……LOL
I saw 3 beauties Yours Mick, Then Dean on the 4fity gasser go over the bars, and Moto’s highside when I was a cornerman. Funny stuff indeed, best of all no-one got hurt:laugh:

Well Boys another great warchoppy ride. This time my bike made it all the way without making weird noises:laugh:
Thanks To Rider X Mick Moose Ash Toby Chris and the rest of the guys involved in Saturdays bootcamp it was hard yakka and the spa at the end of the day certainly was a welcome sight. A big thanks also to luke (gasit)and his wife for getting me a set of front wheel bearings for my bike, thankfully I didnt need to replace them, I was to rooted anyway!
A big thanks to the Boys involved with the ride to bonny hills on Sunday, some awesome single trail there fella’s only wish I wasnt so wrecked from the day before,I would love to travel out that way again sometime for sure! It was good to see that most of the older fella’s went straight up that snotty hill and the young bucks struggled you cant beat experience!Highlights for the weekend from my perspective were:
Getting my bike finally together on late Friday arvo
Seeing nearly 30 bikes in single file heading down the road
Some of the creek crossings were awsome
Phone Hill (steeeeep downhill)
Mick crashing big time in front of me
TB heading back to town at the same time as mick with similar problems WTF!
racing 4 bikes in the tight single trail right up every ones clacker
The Front end slide at speed with TB chasing me and managing to save it (threw my undies out after that)
The massive hill climbs
The feed and beers back at the farmstay awsome!(thanks x)
Getting to ride Matts and Moto’s KTM’s the seats on them are plusho compared to the gasser.
My arse was red raw and I made the comment on a few occassions that I thought It had gone ten rounds with Ian Roberts:S
The generous efforts of the boys who contributed to X’s pivot pegz, well deserved mate I know what is involved with setting out one of these rides.
Seeing that huge Bloodwood tree,wow!
White rocket on the big Kato 530 who rode to Taree with a huge back pack on the blacktop:blink:
Crash for his superstar arrival and departure at the airport his luggage was a new tyre LMFAO
Lastly TB and Chris for setting up this website and bringing like minded people together, an organised ride like this would easily set you back $400Thanks boys great weekend

The rim wasnt that bad Scotty, there is more to all of it, like if you drill XR hubs and fit heavy duty spokes the hub is weakened thats what happened to his. Had nothing to do with a mousse but Crash will tell you it would have been much worse with.
Put 14pis in a tube and you can squeeze it together yeah, cant do that with a mousse, protects the rims. Ollie and Gassit saw me go flat out up a rocky hill at the Christmas Party and witnessed how hard you can smash into rocks with confidencePS Crash end a bloody big wash out at speed and said he was luckt=y to stay on
TB
I didnt see anything I was avaoiding a meteor shower:ohmy:
I have the green slime in the front of the gasser, havnt had a puncture yet,but then again I have only done 3/4 of a ride on it:dry:
I got it from auto one about $15 a tyre
Ps I have a heap of those really large co2 bottles at home,38 grams I think If anyone is good on a lathe or cnc even better and can knock a few adapters up I would be willing to sell em to ya!
