[quote=”Ollie” post=154024]Ok, so I have bought a trailer off one of my lads from work. The trailer is unregistered and has been sitting in his garage for a couple of years. I dont think it has a VIN or ID number stamped on it anywhere and it is located about 20 KM’s from where I am at. My questions are as follows:

    1. Can I drive it home to my place unregistered ? The fine for an unrego trailer is $596 :pinch:
    2. Do I need to get a Unregistered Vehicle permit prior to driving it to my place ?
    3. Do I need to get a weigh bridge ticket prior to getting a blue slip?
    4. Has anyone else gone through this dilemma ?

any helpful comments kindly appreciated.

One day I might look at a 2014 Model bike. As long as your out there having a go doesnt matter what you ride, I had a ball riding my 6 year old vibrating 2 stroke on the weekend  I think the 2 strokes are making a come back, you see more and more of em in the Bush nowadays, even Murph is debating whether he should get one. The extreme enduro’s are becoming very popular and the majority of these riders are on 2 strokes. Dont get me wrong, I do like riding 450’s but I am not fit enough to ride singles for 5-6 hours on one :(

Back on subject, The Sherco does look very Good but has some stiff competition coming its way. Beta is being talked up as being Awsome. The new Gasgas has had a total re-vamp and has all the good stuff on it. I havnt seen an Ossa yet but when it does reach our shores it will have the Potential to be a game changer. KTM and Berg always at the top of the tree. The future looks good for the two smokers ;) (bring on DI)

FWIW the Sherco starter is incorporated into the casings of the engine its not a separate unit, from all reports its a very reliable unit (unlike the problematic KTM/Berg starters) Guess time will tell.

I went to places today, that I’ve never been to before. Sorry about the radiator boys only had to fill up twice on the way home
Until today I didn’t mind the XR seat. After 300 odd kms I reckon a board is softer
