Yes they are available for most bikes including 2 strokes, I reckon one on your 6fitty would be awsome,it would make you a lot quicker in the tight shit and you wouldnt have to worry about stalling your bike, especially handy if you only have a kick starter. The Pro series is a better unit because the internal hub is replaced by a rekluse item and the manufacturing tolerances are a lot tighter, you would be surprised at the variances of the oem gear. I think rekluse now only make the Pro series.
Ollie
Gyday Husky, I had one fitted to my WR450.When it was running properly It would have been one of the best mods you could do,especially if the conditions were real slick,or the hills real steep. mine was one of the earlier versions and was a bit of mucking around, the newer Pro versions are the ducks nuts and worth the extra coin without a doubt.
Would I buy another one? yes if the dollar improves :dry:there is another good report done by Slug elsewhere on this forum, check it out.

Mate, i whole heartedley agree with you,Ive been a 2 stroke bloke all my life (my wife says that as well:blush: )but I bought myself a WR450 (04) model spent a bomb on it getting it setup right and all. With the intentions of doing some longer trail rides. But it was wearing me out to quick,I wasnt able to carve it through the tight stuff that we normaly ride and I was having a heap more fun on the old faithfull 98 rmx. So Had to go back to a 2 stroke. The GASGAS came up at a real good price so I snapped it up and I havnt looked back.Gili rode it through some single trail and loved it,I rode his bike 08wr450 and your right it felt real heavy,he is now looking at getting a 300 as well.Go with your gut feeling mate and consider a rego bike,if your in the Wato’s You can have a go on mine if you want, hope you dont lose to much coin on your bike.

Yeah good one crash LMFAO:laugh: you forgot to mention though that I have been known to ride for team blue, team pumpkin and Team hooskvarna:laugh:
Nice report boys,Tiny mate that is an awsome colour in your leg:blink: please explain how it came about:laugh:
BTW I noticed your tyre was absolutley rooted,The MX retreads are guaranteed that that will not happen to their tyres.I fondly remember going on a big ride starting from wisemans ferry going to Kandos on a 88 Husky 430,wow what a great ride, probably similar conditions to what you guys were doing. Great stuff.
Thats the beauty of this site,it brings like minded guys and girls together and gettting out there and doing it:laugh:cheers Ollie

Cheers
Chris.I spent Saturday out at Pacific park (fuggin hot!) what a dust bowl, plenty of chromosome depleted people out there (i probably could be counted as one as well)its been about 20 years since I was last there, good for the kids to muck about with their mates, lots of pitbikes, spose its better they ride there and not on the streets or in the forests. The lad who runs it was very friendly and helpful.I think I will go back another time with the boy. cost was $25 for a rider ($20 next time)and $7 for a spectator.Plenty of people there i just hope it doesnt end up closing like a number of other parks around the country
