hey Dan why dont you just modify the existing pipe? basically all you do is drill several small holes closely spaced around the outlet punch it out,then file to suit a larger diameter piece of tube that will slide over the internal baffel.then get one of your mates or a panel shop to weld it up,rejet to suit bobs your uncle. i believe there is some more detailed instructions and photies on TT

Mate I had to park the Gasser then run back up the Hill,to make sure the others came down the right side of the track other wise there could have been carnage,long way for an Ambo ride. This Hill was my main concern for the Newbies:silly: and I can gladly say they all managed pretty damn good:laugh:

Moto,I had a fibreglass one fitted to my old 96 WR360 Husky it was painted blue and looked good (not as good as your jacket admittedly:laugh: but still good)and it saved my chamber a number of times. They were actually made on a production basis by a couple of companies especially for the two strokes.

Yep I agree fully with you eagle.you can get away with a top guard made for your bike using a similar technique with fibreglass and resin. not as high a wank factor admittedly but still good. Gili is making an alloy one for me and I will knock up a carbon cover for the expansion pipe.The plastic one I have fitted at the moment is a borrowed item:(
