Moto Im not racist against KTM I have two of the pumpkins in my garage! and I love them, I can get the stainless ones for the ktm but it would be around the $100 dollar mark each:angry:
As a fellow engineer, you would realise that all of the good hydraulic systems that must be kept scrupuously clean use stainless steel filters, manufacturers use paper filters as OEM because they are cheap and cant be reused so you have to buy more, thats the simple truth.ollieB)
Gyday Fellow Old Bulls, I will be at the ride this Saturday the 25th of October if anyone is interested I can bring some of these oil filters up, unfortunatley with the dollar down I could not sustain the previous price,They are now $50ea sorry! This is an old bulls special price they can also be purchased from ebay when I get around to it for $60. please PM me if you want one, 100 percent satisfaction guarantee,I have had no complaints so far!
To suit most Honda Yamaha Kawasaki and Suzuki, Sorry Moto nothing for KTM?HUSABERG
I will also be bringing up some front and rear retreads if anyone is interested, again old bull special of $75 a tyre $150 ft/rr

I will have to raid the safety specs bin at work just in case:laugh:

When I was reading through it, I thought, “Hello, Ollie’s a brave man! – Just because the Squirrel snuck up the leg of Gilis pants to hitch a ride without Gilis permission is no reason to refer to him as a blood sucking leach! A good description really! You know, a spineless, slippery creature whos life depends upon the existence of others! But then again, you wouldn’t put it past the little cat choking fur ball to try and poison our current Old Bull Trophy holder just because he can’t ride as well! The lengths that little bastard will go to to get ahead…….He has no morals!!!!!!
CrashCrash it appears you have distinct dislike for this bushy tailed rodent:laugh:

Any tips on how to make the breaking in of boots process easier or quicker ???? I don`t like the chances, apart from getting out on the KLX with em on, which sounds ok to me
I didn`t slurge on $$$$ as funds are a bit tight, so I got ANSWER “FAZERS” a 200 model runout special from Ballards. $145 with free socks :woohoo: They will do me to get into the sport!awsome buy mate! I found if you rub plenty of dubbin in it softens them up a bit, dont let them dry in the sun is another good tip, they should last you a few years

Panadol hill was the name given to this one particular hill when I helped to cut the track in about 15 years ago,we used to go up it but I reckon I would have a coronary if I did it now,I choose to go down(that sounds bad! )it runs off Boyds rd and comes out eventually on Duffies.I honestly wouldnt try it if you wernt a confident hillclimber.
cheers Ollie
