The yamaha 250 and 450 share the same swingarm and linkages so if you are happy with the Yammy just use the lowering link that is in the 250 and grab a 450.like Chris has said Ballards sell lowering links and you can also get them on ebay although they are not cheap,over $200 from memory:blink: best of luck and hope to see you out on the trails

gyday Chris,wouldnt be able to make it out to Penriff this week,but I can carry a couple in my ute and if you or anyone else is within Kooee of the City/GI and anywhere up to Hornsby I could arrange a delivery, If anyone is interested I will bring some up to the ride on Saturday and no I wont change it for you! Gyday Nigel, The gearing I have on the Yamaha at the moment is 14/50 it is really good as I have plenty of low end snap and when in top plenty of top speed for me anyway. Also with riding in the Watagans there arnt to many fuel stops so this also has to be considered,im getting easily 90kms from a tank and thats with my jetting being a tad rich also.
