    The complete Jardine system cost me $320 delivered,from Ebay it had only done 1 round of short circuit racing,the bike as it stands now has a eye watering topend and enough bottom end also to keep me happy:laugh:

    Yeh nice work Nigel,I will be changing the jetting on my 450 also very soon as I originally jetted it in March when it was pissing down rain all week long and was about 11 degrees “c” I was going to change to the red tip needle and go with the 168 main currently 170 main pilot jet is 48.I have a Titanium Jardine RT4 exhaust which is also very open and have done the airbox cutouts.You have given me some good starting points cheers mate.now to get motivated and do it.

    Moto Im thinking the same as TB,I think you may have got a “built on friday arvo” bike.:laugh: seriously though I would be looking at warranty implications,that is not right:angry: and I wouldnt plastic weld it until you have soughted this out first

    Concur with that,WRF450 I got the iridium ones really cheap off ebay and its still in there I cant notice an increase in power:unsure:
    But In my 2 strokes I will only run B8egv as the standard plugs do not last and are quick to foul
