“CAMPING FEES: Camping will be available at Dungog Showground.
A Fee of $30.00 per family or $15.00 per person per event applies – IF PAID WITH ENTRY
FEE. If Camping Fee not paid with Entry the camping fee will be: $70.00 per family
or $40.00 per person.”Given we don’t pay an entry fee as a sweep can we still get the cheaper option of $15 per person?
Or if not can we go as the Old Bulls family and all get in for the $70 family deal, divided by the 10 or 12 that sweep
Adam.
Adam I will look into it
last time I camped at the show ground it was Free ! Especially if we are doing the sweep.
thanks for the heads upOllie
OK just got off the phone to two senior members of Dungog M/C club. “unofficially all helpers/stewards/officials etc shoulld not be expected to pay for camping” I will get an official response when the president returns from Melbourne next week
also please have a read of these SUPPS especially with regard to fuelling and rubbish removal etc.(you need an Enviromat when fuelling!) I may be able to get a dozen or so of these.

Ok just got off the Blower to my mate Henke who is involved with the Sweeps etc. He had said that 10 extra would be Good so I will start the list. Camping will be at the show grounds they have Hot showers and plenty of space, not far to go into town etc. There will be 2 seperate courses being run this year ie juniors/seniors. you will need to supply your own Fluro vest. Anymore info I get I will put it up.
list will be updated on 1st post
