If you need extra help … a friend of mine who has smoked same number of years as yourself tried hypnotherapy and had great success.

Michael look into my eyes!! you are getting sleeeepieeerrrr, sllleeeeepppieeerrrrr  when you awake everytime you say you want or feel like a durrie you will grab the “shed cat” which you think is an ashtray yes an overflowing butt filled stinking smelly ashtray, and lick out all his orifices you will then take this ashtray and put it down your strides and let it lash out this will continue until you no longer feel the incessant desire to have one of those stinking filthy Durries. after 3 michael you will awake 1….2…..3……snap! there you go mate thats my contribution
I hope it works out for you. Hypnotherapy worked for my old man who has smoked Champion Ruby for over 60 years. PS I bet you look at the “shed Cat” in a totally different way now

Good onya Kat B) great to see! I would seriously recommend getting some tyre sealant for your tubes, wont stop the really big tears but will prevent the majority of pinch flats, just a bit of insurance for you ;)

It was in Phil’s backyard that the gearbox blew up in your Gasser Ollie. You were no more than a km from his house when that happened.

Oh right, very nice backyard Phil  I was thinking more of the social side I guess as well as running around on those tracks that you guys did a couple of weeks ago
