Top job putting yourself out there like that mate, your not alone in this world and there is a lot of people doing it tough and your not the only one to go through depression as you would know.
We need to get away from the stereotype of men don’t need help, we all need help at some time or another and we should all ask our mates for help when we need it cause if they are a good mate i can guarantee they would rather help than see you go through hell.
Never be afraid to call on an Old Bull Ecks your a champ for being honest like you are B)
    Best of luck mate.

    Sweeps View.
Friday was great day for me as i didn’t have to work, so i called in and caught up with the king at his work where we were able get in some wise cracks at Fuchsy….Fucksy…..Fucha……or what ever his name is.
Now off to Mud n Tar where i got two new tyres put on the bike at a price that would please the tightest tight arse around, Rod also ripped off my stand so i could take it away to weld the piece back on that holds my stand spring and after welding it on upside down then grinding it off and welding it round the wrong side and grinding it off again  i finally got it right and went back to Mud n Tar where Rod bolted it back on for me, but not before he whacked a fresh coat of black pain on it for me, great service B)
Off to Brecken Ridge to get settled in and it wasn’t long before everyone started to turn up and the night was under way, everything went well and people were having a good time, so it was off to bed and get some rest for the days ahead.
Day one and we were set and ready to go, i was keen for today as i was sweeping with Moose, he’s a great bloke and a great rider, Protty also jumped in the mix and that bloke can peddle too don’t worry
We were off and having a ball and didn’t have too many dramas to deal with until we came across the tiger with electrical problems, after we had all sorted out what was going on, us riders on the special route were off to meet the sweep trucks, once we got there we heard the news of King Strucky and it felt like only ten minutes ago that we had left them :(
The rest of the day was mixed emotions cause the riding was great but i couldn’t stop thinking about Strucky and hoping he was ok.
We arrived at Taylors Arms Pub and i was tempted to a cold beer but chose squash instead, strange i know but i think i still had the king in the back of my mind.
Protty said his farewell here as he was only out for the day but still jumped in to help out sweeping which was much appreciated, Thanks Protty B) It was down to Moose and myself and this is where the fun started, I didn’t get to do Jacobs ladder on the last Nambucca nav ride due to mechanical issues  so i was keen to give it a go and bugger me, if you can’t get to the top of that thing on an ADV bike without getting aroused then I’m sorry to say but you don’t have a heart beat :woohoo: the fun didn’t stop there and Moose and i turned it up and just had a ball, and bit of clay meant no dust and some grip, the shade meant the heat was down and we hooked in and once we reached the gate i pulled up with a “wahoo” and a “how good was that” to which Moose replied “ thats exactly why i ride bikes”, your dead right mate, that was awesome. :woohoo: :woohoo:
The run into Nambucca was great and the resort was a welcome site as was the bar, a few beers and it was off to work stripping and reloading everyones GPS, and from there it was another great night with the presentation from Steve and the briefing from TB, then it was bed time and ready for the run home.
Day two started with a group photo and it was good to see everyone together cause it gave a good perspective of the bikes and people that were there.
As Moose was leading with Crash my new sweep was Trailraider and it wasn’t long before we were having a great time, we were just generally mucking around and having a great time, but every now and then we got to hook in and open the bikes up :woohoo: I really enjoy riding with good riders cause it makes you challenge yourself and it gets you out of your comfort zone but at the same time you have to let go of your pride and back off and let them go and be happy with a free lesson on how to ride rather than go past your own limits and have it turn bad. The rest of the day was great, we were just having fun, slower riders don’t bother me at all and i would rather get in late than put someone in an ambulance so TR and i just sat back made our own fun. B)
Brecken Ridge was a sight for dusty eyes and a well earned beer was a great way to finish off a great weekend.
A big congrats to Usi who finished his first nav ride and finished it in style. B)
Congrats to Dave for his first time on dirt and he rode in with a big smile on his face which was good to see. :)
Thanks to TB and Steve and everyone else on the Rideadv.com.au crew and the new guy Lochie, you worked your arse off mate. B)
Thanks to everyone who turned up, hope to see you all again soon. :)
Thanks to Moose and TR, you guys were so much fun to ride with and these weekends are always great, but riding with you two was a highlight not only for the weekend but in my riding life, Thanks guys. B)
To the King, your a legend and i will catch up with you soon, get well mate. B)

I got on this deal before the Nav Ride and I knew that Rod and Protty would look after me but nearly fell over when I paid for my two tyres :woohoo:
I couldn’t have found a better deal anywhere in Australia or on the internet, thanks to Mud n Tar for supporting Old Bulls
I recommend dropping in if your in town or if your traveling north or south and you need something then give them a call and the short trip in from the highway could be worth it. B)
