I knew a guy that only smoked at the pub, the publican had his smokes behind the bar, the guy never smoked anywhere else.

I did it about 4 months ago and im going strong, the key is that YOU have to WANT to give up, you cant do it because the missus wants you too or you think you should, it has to be 100 % you.
The guy i went to has a pretty good success rate, but thats because he only takes people that have the right frame of mind.
He also has a 3 month garrantee which is fair i recon cause if you take it back up after that its because you stuffed up and not because the hypnosis didnt work.

I looked at it this way, if you give up long enough that the money you save from not smoking would be enough to cover the cost of hypnosis, then you havent lost anything and if give up for longer its a bonus.
