Efto and i came across a pile of dead cows at buladelah, very stinky.
I go to other peoples riding grounds and they have awesome clean country and its almost embarrassing to bring people to mine, we have great trails, awesome riding and i should be proud not disgusted, some people dont seem to give a damn.

I try to go on little rides now to work on obstacles more than just doing a heap of kilometres and going over anything once as it comes up on a loop.

I suppose that’s a long winded way to encourage you to have a go, find a bit of a challenging log, and just play with no pressure, then when you don’t have a choice on a ride, you will be stoked you put some time in “Just in case”.

    Cheers.[/quote]

Tottaly agree mate, Efto and I often go out riding just to practice, we do bugger all klms but we are out there for hours just trying new things and getting comfortable with being out of our comfort zone.
I for one love the how to vids, when people think they don’t need to learn any more then thats when they should be doing it for a living, I have a lot to learn.
I’ve ridden with guys that are just mind blowing good and it’s hard to see where the bike stops and there arse starts, they just seem to be one with the bike, that’s when I ask questions and when they speak I listen.
I used to do a bit of down hill mountain biking and have carried those skills over to trail riding and I’m pretty good at going down hills quick, I rode in a pony x and was fair hooting down a hill and an expert flew past me and schooled me on how to really do it, not sure who it was cause he was too fast to see a number but WOW he was quick.
That’s why I like to practice logs, hills ,rocks, everything ( water is my biggest fear ), I will never be as good as these guys but practice does help when it comes to the unexpected.

If we do a recon ride can you make it on a day that’s about 21 degrees and had 15 to 20 ml of rain lightly spread over the night before, oh and make sure the humidity isn’t too high either.
That would be great thanks Edward.

Your dead right Jeffro it is a bit steep, especialy green waste, they are only going to mulch it up and sell it.

Old mate has a point, we do pay taxes but really the bush is not the answer, you ride and you respect it and pay $62 and so should they.
Im having a massive winge i know, but it really gets me wound up when i see it.

That is a pic of me after I was jousted by a hardwood stick that all but just missed my carotid artery and several major organs and speared me of into the bush. Any lesser rider would have fallen off and writhed around in agony but not our Mick,he stuck to the pig like a pro.

We want results Mick not excuses, hardwood stick that’s a good one, No one can see a ” hardwood stick ” in the pics mate.

Hey Mate, really need your advice for a serious problem.
I have suspected for some time now that the missus has been cheating. The usual signs; Phone rings, if I answer the caller hangs up, going out with the Girls a lot. I try to stay awake to look out for her when she comes home but I usually fall asleep.
Anyway last night about midnight, I hid in the shed behind the bike. When she came home she got out of someone’s car buttoning her blouse, then she took her panties out of her purse and slipped them on.

It was at that moment, crouched behind the bike,
I noticed…a hairline crack in the swing arm………………………….

Is that something I can weld or do I need to replace it?

I recon you have peaked too early boony, Thats got my vote for joke of 2011, i love it, its red hot.
    Top work.

Pencil me in Mick, the boss hasn’t said yes but she hasn’t said no either ( call me optimistic ), I’m working on the brownie points as we speak but have to be careful cause there is a big chance I can lose them between now and the 2nd, so at this stage count me in.
