    I have a going IT 250 that I bought in 1986..
    I found this site good for finding out part numbers

    Most of the mechanical parts for these old bikes are still available ex Yamaha .. at a price. However the plastics & other pretty parts are hard to find or get.

    The BBB ride.
    Started on Friday with a small discovery crew..
    Great day for a ride when most everyone else is at work :) :) :)

    Started aftter lunch and went on a discovery mission , and added to Snowy’s repertoir of trails.

    After about 20 minutes lead exhausted – back to the bikes

    Later that arvo.. we find a snotty bit of uphill – aptly named c!!$t hill. I stopped after pickindg another wrong line which cause a slight chain reaction with Snowy & Damos. :unsure: :unsure: :unsure: :laugh: :laugh:

    Sunday we set off for the Eaglehawk track. Nice downhill to the Cells river a crossing then up a rather rutted hill. The first riders made it up the hilll easy ( Damo & Booney ) The rest well here are some shots..

    In a nutshell
    Over the 3 days we rode 210 kms of the best trails.
    Ate & drank like kings.

    A top ride 11 out of 10 – well done Snowy

    Get one of these for the pumpkin & you would almost believe you are back on the DRZ except for the weight, the detuned performance, the only OK handling, the color etc etc. 👿 👿 👿
