Thanks for all of the advice, I will take it on board. I currently use the genuine KTM levers which have a little groove in the end of them so when they break you normally have enough left for use with two fingers. I havent tried the thread tape yet so looks like that is next on the shopping list. I have ridden the last three days in a row and my hands are letting me down big down time after playing in the single tracks. Would love to try some different clutch options that are friendly on the hands but seeing the cost i had better work out these broken levers first!

As Alyssa mentioned there aren’t alot of lower grade rides around, I have someone showing me a nice easy loop at the Wattagans once i have it sorted i will post up a grade 2/3 ride and fingers crossed remember where the hell i am meant to go!

Ok update to my intro …….. have worked out what type of riding i like the most …. I now have a KTM 350 excf which I am loving! So look out anyone posting up grade 2/3 rides around the wattagans, ourimbah etc cause i will definately be there

I am doing that ride this weekend … did it once before to check out the Oxley but didnt realise i would need another day to do Walcha to Wauchope … but am definately doing it this time….what can i say i dont plan well! :huh: But i have learnt this lesson … if you leave Walcha early be prepared to freeze your arse off!
