Before:

just a quick update, bike stripped, painted frame, cleaned all other bits, front end checked and cleaned, reassembled. Bottom end done, new seals and bearings, barrel honed and a new piston is ready to be fitted. New 2nd hand tyres are ready to be fitted. All up it should be finished in a couple of weeks. Pics are still in camera, I’ll up load soon.

here ya go, try here…i been slack I know…..But the project IT250 is going ahead…I have the full engine gasket kit, a piston kit is on the way and the barrel is at the engineers ready for the piston. Soo the hills will hear the ring a ding ding of a rebuit IT!
well done to the crew! Deejay, mate get better soon so ya on the bike asap. I’ve ridden up at the garden of Stone NP, you were very lucky you had the neck brace on. If there is a good(bad?) reason to be wearing a neck brace, read this post over again…

does he ride in Classic trials? If he does I may know him…
with the resurgance of the Classic scene, its about right. i’ve been watching a couple of old trials bikes for a mate and anything from $1,000 to $2,500 is the norm obviously condition plays a big part too!
Parts can be readily sourced from O/S as well as in OZ.shall do mate. I’ll try and post some pics from this years trials as well…if i’m allowed to…
had the good news today…they just honed the barrel! bloody good stuff, now where’s those 0.75mm O/S rings???
Its supposed to be me backup bike this year, but it did the Classic and Club trials all year! Next year it will be at Classic Bike 9 with the 2 IT’s!Shall do TB, shall do!
ive had mine for about 28 years, trials comps and used as a trailbike too! The barrel is off having a hone, not bad after all this time!!
I have tried to contact the local bloke for the stickers, but no go just yet..
