moto wrote:I’m with you, buy a bike for each….don’t forget Supercross and trials too
Yep, I’m thinking the Berg for Trail, MX bike for track (might even be VMX, we’ll see), Motard “something” … and maybe trials?? Always looked like fun and intrigued me, I was into BMX (in the day), so hopping on and off things with a motor underneath you would be a hoot I reckon.
Trials and Speedway are two things I wish I did when I was racing … not much glory in either of them in those days unless you were in the UK though, so I stuck to MX/Supercross and short-circuit. My brother went TZ500 road racing but that bored the s*it our of me to be honest, really didn’t “get” the attraction of going fast on bitumen. Gimme dirt, gimme jumps, gimme obstacles :woohoo: … maybe some bitumen on a SuperMoto WITH dirt and jumps, now that would be great :woohoo: :woohoo:

Still laughing at visions of skidding through a paling fence on slicks
I vote for the Track Day … count me in!
Yep, I couldn’t hit the site at all for the last few days on my work comp.
On the Mac at home I’m OK using Chrome.
Happy birthday for yesterday BTW Scotty
The YouTube video for it is hilarious … guess who used to get beaten up at school
Does look good for hand/arm/shoulder conditioning though.
There is one claimed to be specific for arm-pump Dynaflex Site
That’s hilarious! … was that the camera being used as a drag-bar during the wheelie! Shit you’re tuff on you’re new toys  Glad to hear it’s metal
Yeah, TB mentioned in an earlier post that the mounts look the same as a GoPro, be handy if that is the case.
Thanks Scotty … been wondering how others are going with theirs. Looks completely fine I reckon.
How’d you go with mounting it? Just the tripod/flat plate it came with?

Sure, until they start unsolicited outbound calling where they try sell you a new KTM incessantly …. and start the call by saying (with an accent) “Isn’t it a lovely day today in Sydeny Sir, I am calling you from Wooloomooloo and want to tell you about a fantastic new motorcycle from KTM of Austria, the all new Free-Ride …. blah blah blah”
  😆
Thanks Bol and Mick
Nice to get birthday wishes from all you guys I haven’t even met (yet).
Those Wauchope (etc) trails, and hopefully some good mx’ing, are getting closer … I can almost taste them ! :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo: (not literally of course, hopefully).
Razz
Thanks Guys,
I am actually off work and home today … but not for anything good, plumber, electrician, builder.
Getting this place ready to rent to get the f*%k outta here
Hey thanks STM
Yep, I “requested” all presents be bike related … mostly tools and garage stuff :cheer:
Looking forward to the trails

Great story for what sounds like a great day.
+ you win the prize (if there is one) for the best thread Subject title … made me laugh 😆 😆
AWESOME!
Love that sound
I wanna ride that track too! :woohoo: :woohoo:
moto wrote:Still sad I sold it……..And so now the obvious question is … “why” did you sell it?
EDIT: just noticed your signature
moto wrote:Razzle, it actually doesn’t take much to turn your bike into a 300SX. I had pretty much done those mods to my bike.Yeah, thanks Moto, thought of that … but does it mean you feel you’ve ended up with a bike that’s dual-purpose? Or one that you have to strip stuff off/add stuff on, change tons of settings etc each time you want to go trail vs track?
A happy-medium could be good, more like a bike set for Enduro Cross rather than set for Trail or set for MX/SX specifically.
Oh great … now I’ve got that damn song stuck in my head for the rest of the day :pinch:
