The best way to stop a habit is to get some help from someone close to you I dont smoke durries but I do like to use winnie blues for spin in the mix.After a few days you might get angry or you might go off for no reason after the mood swings you may be feeling something is missing like you have lost the remote or your mobile phone it will all subside over time. I use to drink heaps of wild turkey every night at Mounties club and gamble on the pokies until the sun came up the gambling and the turkey nearly killed me.I got some help from my wife {she was my girlfriend at the time} She supported me through thick and thin she held on to my atm cards and cut up my membership card to the club where I had been going since I was 18 years old at the time I was angry at myself and now Iam proud that my wife helped me with support and I don’t drink wild turkey anymore and the pokies are just a waste of time and all your money is gone.If you have a goal in mind just try to get it.The money you save you can buy some bike stuff how much is a pack of winnie reds? And as for the patches Mick don’t stick’em on ya forhead because you will look silly :laugh:

Get out there have fun and don’t worry about falling off until it happens If you think you are going to stack you will. Positive mind will help I try to ride my best at most times but sometimes you just pick the wrong line I look at onething only whats in front and where can I go without stacking it everyday you ride is a bonus for nextime its all good just enjoy

When I use to ride a wr250f I use to take it to red barron at liverpool for the service.What a bloody rip off spent over a grand in no time at all just basic service crap and now I ride an xr400 I don’t give red barron anymore of my hard earned the last time I walked in there to have a look around no one was interested in selling me one of there bikes so I don’t recomend Red barron at liverpool TB give them a miss mate and go out in the country for better service go to Parramatta and check out BIKE BIZ those blokes know there stuff
