Wow Iam excited for you mal5.1 I hope you do well mate
And be the ambasadore for the Old bulls
Your bike looks like no expense has been spared and you have all the latest gear as for a tyre change I have never done one  Goodluck mate
Hey TB watch out for that big poof with ya cat and don’t bendover in front of him he might wan’t to take you for a test ride
Gday how about just ja5 is that OK? I ride a xr400 03 model they are bullet proof the only thing I do is clean it and change the oil every 500 to 700ks its a real good bike that will give you many years of trouble free rides its a bit dated in the style department but with a few mods its as good as any other bike on the trails. I have changed a few bits on mine over the years but that was because I wanted to make it better not because it broke anyway enjoy the honda Iam sure you will
Fantastic photo Katgirl is that XR250L in full flight? Iam impressed! you must be happy with results
And the best bit is its a HONDA

One of them is an ex competitive trials rider and he loves it to pieces, they just don’t look as hard-core as the KTM or Tenears, but i’m assurred by both of them that they are very competent bikes, with good aftermarket bits around.BC
Yeah my mate at work he is a big suzi fan he tried to talk me into getting a v-strom I would say that being a vtwin in design it must be quite torquey?
G’day freeze and welcome to the site and don’t let the old bulls fool ya that they ride slow I have only been on one ride with them sofar and I stuggled to keep up and I came off only 3 times but boy did I have fun the only way you can get better is by trying to ride harder faster and with more skilled riders you soon learn to ride within your own limits.Since that ride my xr has had a few changes as far as removal of blinkers and mirrors and a luggage rack and of course a new FMF pipe and K&N air filter have transformed my bike to real enduro bike not a commuter just need to get a chunky rear tyre anyway enjoy we may meet up for a ride oneday
I can’t wait for my young bloke to help me with the garden chores at the moment he just follows me around with the plastic mower .Santa got him a 2nd hand crf50 with training wheels but he is to little as he is only 3 dad was a bit over keen when he spotted the near new crf50 for $1600 but Iam waiting for him to ask me when he can ride it
Yeah that looks more like a real big dirt weapon the big yammi just looks too heavy but when I saw one at the bike show in 2008 I thought wow
No TB they do look the ducks guts though you might wan’t to test ride one before you part with the trusty NX All I know is that its heavy and it has a tow hook on the front for when it breaks or gets bogged on a muddy hill climb
A bmw or the new yami with the tow hook at the front incase you get stuck or it breaks down
Yeah for sure its only a matter of time before we can hook up for a blat
Oh and that photo of me
Iam having a bad hair day at least I have some new boots that I still have to break in its really hard to shift gears with them I have already moved the gear leaver up a bit so I can get my boot under it
Whats the drains for the pus removal
poor bloke I hope he makes a quick recovery
May I recomend a honda NX 650 Dominator or are after something more expensive and heavier and more recent
whats the go mudrat do have another bike or are you going to buy a xr
When a fourbanger blows smoke it is either the seals on the valve stems or the rings I guess
He might want to trade it in for a honda or something cheaper to fix
