hehe yeh i may have run my bike in by that stage hehe good thing i got full comp insurance on it, we have torrential rain here atm and im still keen on going over, a day on tar with slippery knobbies haha shold make for a good day lol

sounds like everyone had a ball, i started riding around that age on an old xt250, mum wouldnt let me buy a bike so i was devastated, i finally decided i would get one and took mum shopping when i bought it haha but yeh it goes to show that once you ride you get the bug and it only gets better good to wsee everyone having a ball

i just use a brush and a can of chain cleaner, give it a scrub then spray with chain lube once the cleaner has dried.. havent heard of a better way yet, although i will try the riding with it dry method lol

unreal, i just enjoy riding and getting amongst it, trying to get my patrol back on the road too, damm those head gaskets lol but at least it gives me an excuse to ride the bike on the road more lol

no worries i resized them to 40% of the original size, and they look small on my computer but i will make em smaller

wat do u have on the engine parts? my mates seized his xr so we have to rebuild it, they could come in handy

yeh its a rental property so i couldnt be stuffed putting in anything semi permanant, i cant get my commodore in anymore because as you can see in the bottom left on the pic my tow bar scraps every time i back into the garage due to the insanly steep driveway, if i go forwards i rip off my bumper… the bike and the starlet are the only 2 that can get in haha

well here are some pics of my bike, its up on the hill near where i live, all the bushland around has tracks scattered throughout so i can ride 5 mins from home its great, i went for a ride around town today with a mate, found out to get a bike across to maggi will cost us $32 each return, so that will be next sundays ride, i will let you know how it is zippo.

yeh im in the army, i will end up joining a defence club, but even if we dont join a defence club we can still do the courses, im trying to get on one later this year, the cheap parts will help hehe yeh im about to go for a ride, im hungover from last night on the town, but im keen as, i will go around bushland beach today and post up some pics in about 5hrs or so then, if your ever up in townsville zippo i will be happy to go to maggi

once again gday all, yeh i rate the drz400e, once i get used to it a bit more i plan on riding up to the cape, thats the reason i bought that bike over a wr or te. i came across this site when i was looking on the thumper talk forum trying to track down any aussies from nth qld, one of them recommended checking out this site so i did, as for far nth qld i can only tell you what i have seen(which isnt much but i will help where i can), i rate bushland beach, i live 5 minutes from where i can go riding on the beach or along firtrails its pretty good. me mate with the xr is more of a 4wd fan, i just bought one aswell but its a dud so i hvae to get back on the road, plus i prefer the bike anyways haha. i will chuck some pics up on the bike dirty over the weekend when i go for a ride. cheers
