That guys website is .com.au and that looks like Aussie bush.

I luv seeing the stupid stuff people build just because they can. Does a good job keeping it at balance point.
Bloody hell that’s a extreme way to get a new third gear. Or is this a G up?
I would be keen for the 6th Krusty. Let me know as the RMX needs a bit of she’d work which I will get done over the next couple nights if need be.
I get where your coming from with helmet cam footage Murf, can be boring. If you watch some of the vids coming through lately people are starting to think outside the square and incorporating off bike footage of other riders, themselves and other cool on bike angles. You can also have your still images blended into the vids making some entertaining footage. Practice makes perfect and the quality of vids is on the rise.
Western Motorcyles. $489. I was going to wait till the camera store I normally get gear from had stock. They had the black listed for $460 but I rang them and they were not getting stock till late January. I’m not that patient.
Aido, the silver will still be a good thing but there is not a huge saving if you want the remote as the Silver doesn’t come with the remote and it cost $99 to buy on its own. I like the remote a lot already. Just riding around the block I was able to turn the camera on, change modes and start and stop the camera all without stopping.
Only had a quick spin around the neighbourhood, too f’ing hot outside. I took some vid at 1080/60fps and 720/120fps I’m playing around with now. IQ looks awesome, much more natural colours than the Liquid Image which tends too oversaturate colours a bit. I managed to find a some shady trees with the sun coming through and the light metering handled the contrast well.
I plan on using it for more than just riding. If it cools down outside at all this arvo I might take a wander down the river with a few beers and play with the some time lapse photography.
Not sure if there is already a thread TB (To lazy too search) but maybe a Gopro tips and tricks thread might be handy.
Ace, if you can see in this photo the remote has strap slots in the back to use as mounting points. I have a Velco strap I will use to mount to the bar pad
The remote is quit trick. The screen is exactly the same as the one on the camera and you can go though all menu and change all setting the same as you would one the camera.
Still happy with the liquid image but having more than one camera will make life easier some times. The liquid image will also be the stunt camera. Its cheap so not so devistating if it gets damaged doing stupid stuff. The remot for the Gopro was also a selling point.
Bugger this is my last day at work before leave. Seriously Krusty do you conspire with the rosters bitch to be sure I don’t get to ride?
I will be riding up there sometime between the 6th and 11th before go away.
He has set a cracking pace. I recon he will be watching the sun set at the corner on his second or third rum. Top effort.
A few Coffs inmates up that way that may be able to assist.
Ok, link not working. Nice DR350 on ebay up Coffs. No doubt if you have been searching ebay you would be onto it.

Scotty, see the hill climb you missed when we did that loop back to you.Twobanger, top job mate. That ST was made for the 510, nice and flowy.
The hill where Mick threw his bike up a tree. Nah I was happy resting under a tree.
Unfortunately due to work commitments I was not able to make the Saturday rides. I did manage to get up there late Saturday afternoon and by the sounds of the reports and look of all those that did ride it was a big day.
Sunday morning KTM_Rules lead us out on a loop on the Western side of Wolgan Rd. I ride this side on occasion but when I ride there alone I only really scratch the surface of what’s in there. We went over mountains, along steep hillsides, across ridge tops and down some steep rocky hills I was glad we weren’t going back up. Some awesome country to ride and magnificent scenery if you have time to stop and look around.
I managed to make it to the 50km mark when a combination of the heat, lack of ride fitness and arm pump got the better of me. I was starting to make stupid mistakes and struggling just to hold on. If I kept going I would have been risking getting hurt and spoiling what had been a great day thus far. Once out onto a fire trail I recognised I pulled the pin and headed for camp with a grin for ear to ear. Thanks for organising a great weekend Galey and KTM_Rules for the challenging trails.
I got some video but only of the first 15-20km or so as my card was full. Forgot to delete old videos before I came.
Hahahahahahaha
