$8700 is a cracking deal for a new 450 of any brand. No doubt the FI 2012 model will be a good bike but will it be 4K better?

Yep and Yamaha did a 2wd WR with a hydraulic front hub but from memory they cost somewhere in the visibility of $25000.

Have you put it on Bike Sales XIII? I put mine on there and had someone on my doorstep with cash in hand 2 days later.

Must be a Husky then yeah? That’s the only other WR i know of.

What about a older WR or a WR250, he only said “no” it wasn’t a new injected one is the way I read it

    TB

TB he also said no to Murfs post which said “back to the blue side”. I’m still betting its a Yamaha they do come in other colours like the white red and black colour scheme.

This could be you Boony. (replace deer with a roo).

Boony MTB’s are the perfect cross training partner for a moto. The fitter I am on my pushy the better I real on my moto. No doubt there would be some good MTB tracks in those mountain up your way.

can just imagine you coming down headerpipe full tilt on a mountain bike Bundy,, :cheer: :cheer: :cheer: :cheer: :cheer: :cheer:

You may be surprised Boony. I know many trails I would be faster on my pushy than my moto. Going downhill that is. Back up is another story. Although one benefit is the pushy weighs less then 12kg so if an uphill trail is to rough to ride I chuck it on my shoulder and walk up. Try that on a moto, :P

I didn’t see the Aus titles on TV but I do a bit of mountain bike riding. I’m lucky to live at the base of the Blue Mountains which is a mountain bike nirvana with the majority of track closed to all but mountain bikes and bush walkers so I don’t have to worry about those pesky Trail Bikes. What are ya riding Bundy?

My current ride, Trek Fuel EX

I’ve found the best way to fix fuel supply problems is to turn the throttle more.

    Some good vids Crash.

For $9000 I’d go with the 11. With the money saved you could get the suspension done , add a pipe, bash plate, rad guards and still get change from the price of the 12.

I had a DR250S with a cush drive years ago. 75000km and no gearbox issues. This could also be due to only having about 15hp.
