Got to say not surprised really just don’t think sharing it like that is the best way Scott
TB
Yep I run away from the ADV thing before a Tenere rider
Ike yourself put the hard word on me.Looks like I will be missing the birthday ride. My better half ( and best mate) has organised a Hunter Valley weekend with some friends. I owe her more than this so I will be drowning myself in Wine (and beer we’re staying at a brewery) this weekend.
Looking to organise a campout out west as the weather warms.
TB you are such a slut. Was not long ago you were a Honda man but with a bit of cash for comments it now all Yamaha.

I Ike boobs. My better half I currently on a girls might out. In the past these result in SMS messages of boobs and a game of guess who’s. I would pass them on but not sure this is the appropriate forum for that.

You insist on riding them orange things so no sympathy from me.
I won’t mention a KTM300 was my shopping list but got distracted by the WR.
The latest ride on the WR
This is f&$king hard to do from the iPhone when it’s in a waterproof case and I’m half cut in the spa. Still waiting for that turkey.
Come across an unmolested low km 08 WR450f at a price I couldn’t turn up.
F#*k no I didn’t turn gay. I was bi-curious for a bit there but got rid of the ADV bike for a proper off road bike. I also still got the RMX Tezza, ring a ding ding.
Would someone please poor another turkey.
BIRD UP!!!
I recently purchased another ride. Any guess what brand.
I have a spot 2 and works fine except in deep bush where the GPS seems to drop out when my Garmin still gets reception.
My messaging works fine but like the idea of the messaging on the connect. Out of interest does anybody know someone who has activated the SOS feature and what sort of response time they got?
From what I understand the SOS does not go direct to emergency services but through a third party who then contacts emergency services. I’m curious as god forbid I need to push that button one day I would like to know how reliable that third party is in contacting help.
“Lawn bowls for the motorbiking elderly”. Classic but pretty much somes it up,
Yeah the Yammi’s are YZ based bike same as last year but no as TB said no secret there. They are even kickstart only which may explain the recluse, the less they stall the less they have to kick.
I’m just happy to see some of the top talent shared around and not hogged by one manufacturer as has been the case for some years now.
Good vids Twobanger. No embarrassing moments which is a bonus, although they do make for good entertainment. I put some of my footage together last night.
Alway good to get out for a ride. My RMX is out of action at the moment so the 610 is my current single track weapon,
. It does pretty well for a 150kg bike. Believe it or not due to the soft suspension and smooth power it doesn’t wear me out any more than the RMX. Unless I drop it, picking it up takes some effort. The RMX is more fun on the tight singes though. We did about 85km of mostly singles which made for a good day even in the very dry conditions (A bit of rain since then). Weekdays is the best time to ride, you get the trails all to yourself.
I have some footage I will post when I get time.
