Most police trail bikes are DRZ’s. Why would they be stupid enough to spend an extra $4000 on something else that does the same job.

Yeah it’s real but not to sure it’s a roo. The Beemer has Euro plates on it. Probably some kind of deer. Either way better to end up in the engine bay than come through the windscreen and end up in ya lap.

There probably trying to crack into that Woodstock/houso market, plenty of profit to be made there.

Yeah and prior to this he worked for Husky Imports when they were also in Coreen Ave.

Hope there are no crooks reading this thread. Some of those sheds would become very inviting.

Yeah thanks for the ride guys. The morning loop on the west side of the road was a cracker and went through some awesome country, from the top of rocky ridges then down into fern filled gullies all flowing single track, great stuff.

The afternoon run was a good way to finish the day. I had a blast chasing Twobanger though the single tracks.

Look forward to more time up there.

I read something last night in a well known Australiasian Dirt Bike magazine that has to be one of the worst pieces I’ve ever read ever in any magazine, the 2 stroke versus 4 stroke comparison.
It is so full of misinformation on both camps it defies logic that anyone with any knowledge proof read it before going to print.

They pitted a 125cc MXer against a 250 4T, and boldly stated this was a fair comparison, even the AMA with the might of the japanese against them have stated this is not a fair comparison of capacity.Apparently the bottom end of a 2T needs replacing at 30-50 hours, and the price of 2t premix will outweigh the oil costs for a Hi-Po screamer 4T, it was an absolute farce.

I smelt the weight of the japanese 4T advertisers behind the whole article.

Are you sure you read it I just did and it says 2t is cheeper and easy to diy maybe you got the shits and didnt make it to the last bit

Yeah im not a big ADB fan but I did pick up a show bag from the easter show. I read an article in one of the mags in there that had some of the top race team managers stating that the 2T’s were not only cheaper to run and maintain but they also made claims 2T’s are more environmentaly friendly than 4T’s.

AIR-COOLED, f*ck I been pouring that green radiator shit into my yellow tank. Don’t go telling me they are oil coolers hanging of the front.
