I may have not been completely clear in my earlier post…

I like to keep my bike (singular) straight when I cart it. I have a small piece of alloy channel in a 90 degree configuration screwed at the front to hold the front wheel in place and a short piece screwed into the floor at the back to stop the rear from sliding sideways. The trailer is just a smidge too short for this set up. If I put the front wheel into a corner I’m sure it’d fit but not look nearly as pretty!!! I’m trying two bikes next week so we’ll see…

I’d have a van tomorrow if I could get rid of the wife and kids!

I’m in your boat Chris, no room and wanted something other than just a bike trailer. Ended up with a 7 x 5 thinking that bikes’d fit in lengthways with no trouble…WRONG! (At least I think it’s a 7 x 5! that’d be the OUTSIDE dimensions!) Feller in Penrith made mine but it’s painted not dipped and to be frank, I’d probably prefer a gal one…but the cash was burning a hole in mypocket!

…and to you all, a Merry Christmas!

I plan to hit the rums on the Eve (with my flash bloody stubbie holders!) then travel out to ‘the country’ to have some beers with my dear ol’ Dad then run back home in time to unpack then have a festive feast with my dear ol’ Mum. (Maybe I’d be better at work!)

No riding planned until the new year when I put some new blood into the poor Italian beast!

In any case, you bulls and bulletts have a safe chrissy and have fun with whatever you see fit to do…but be careful! Your collective families need you!

Stuff the cans! Distillers No. 3 don’t come in no stinkin’ cans!

I’m never buying cans again, those OP’s were crap! (Perhaps I should tone down my mixes:blush: )

If there’s none left when you turn up then…I dunno who we can blame! Hell, I won’t even be speaking english by that stage!!!

I gotta put my hand up here…

Well, I’m partly to blame and I bet there’s more than just me p1ssfarting about with the karma system!

I think I’ve dropped Moto’s by about 4 after he made a comment about his Karma dropping. It was for a bit of a muck around, nothing sinister about it at all…I didn’t realise you blokes were taking the thing so seriously. I’ll stop now.

I don’t know who else could be involved and if I did, I’d never tell.

I also thought the mods would be able to tell who was doing this sort of thing…if only I knew earlier that you didn’t! :woohoo:

I take it that you went “up” after the pic with the bike in the hole pic…that is a good run, we did it in cars a while back. the view down to the hezbollah retreat are very spectacular…soon though I expect you won’t be able to stop there long for a look before the 7.62mm rounds start zinging over your heads!!!

I must be part Austrian then…since I lock mine up in the shed (cellar) and swing a leg over whenever I feel like it…

I just hope it never has babies!

Here’s an anecdotal example of how many stolen bikes are recovered…

After 18 and a bit years in the business, doing countless kays, stopping hundreds of thousands of bikes AND trailers…

    two bikes recovered.

One was an old XR that had been gone for so long and the other was a crappy banana bike that the owner didn’t know had been taken. The stolen bikes simply aren’t out there or being transported in plain view or else more would be recovered.

Where are they all going? I reckon they’e being parted out or going interstate. As for bikes being offerred for sale in pubs, noone’s going to get a smack in the gob from me…I’ll happily set up the transaction though …;)

I reckon you blokes have got it all wrong, you should be buying things like Vors and ATKs! No bastard is silly enough to steal one of those!!!
