I got the mail today and in it was a deal from Powersport Central for the new HUsky 4T’s.

    450 for 12G…

    Wife said “NO!”

I’d even seriously look at a little 2T but I’m a deadset lazy rider and probably more suited to something with engine braking:laugh:

+1 for the techni ice here as well!

    and the block ice.

I haven’t found any around here but in Broken Hill you can go to the ‘ice factory’ if that’s what it’s called and buy ice in nice big blocks which last almost forever!

Instead I too freeze containers, the bigger the better, but I freeze it for weeks (some people say it lasts longer and what would I know?)

The techniice sheets are good for those lttle cooler bags the missus should take to get he shopping but not much else really.

Someone once told me salt water is better frozen but I couldn’t tell the difference in performance. It doesn’t taste real good when thawed either!

    I kill me sometimes.

I went out and picked up some sticks so we should be good for a little fire for cooking only ;)

If it comes to it, we’ll hunt some more down out there somewhere…

The person preparing your food (hereinafter referred to as the cook) may choose at any point to move the kitchen without warning or notification. Should any change occur it is your responsibility to find the cook.

No claim should be made against the cook based upon his or her level of intoxication.

All care will be taken in the preparation and presentaion of foodstuffs, but no liability will be admitted.

    Geez I hate disclaimers.

But in the spirit of things I’ll add one of my own…

Lunch will be supplied (at a price set by the bloke you’ve chosen to follow I expect.)

The items used to cook your lunch may be hot. You may not be able to see the heat. Someone may not advise you that certain items are hot. There may not be warning signs to advise you of said heat. Hot things may cause you or your machine damage either partial or total.

Conversely, you may at some point be offerred a cool beverage. The said beverage may cause discomfort to your hands if held for extended periods. Although this act may not cause temporary or permanent damage or injury, your feelings may be hurt or you may be scoffed at should you complain.

All food stuffs are prepared by professionals. Unfortunately, cooking is not one of their professions. You should be aware that you may not like your food. It is not wise to take up you complaint with any of the cooks who have available to them bladed implements that may cause you harm.

Your food may or may not be hot. There are no provisions available to mark your food’s temperature. You should check the temperature of your food prior to consumption. No person may be held responible for either your chosen method of temperature checking or your inability to accurately check said temperature. Thus resulting in an injury to yourself or another person.

    Puddle of oil you say?

That’s how euro ridrs check their oil. If there’s a puddle under the bike there’s still plenty left!

You Jap riders really worry over nothing!

I had a late 70’s XL250s that ran for months with no oil and when the front forks were done they had to scrape the oil out of them, it looked a bit like vegemite!

Anyway, it’s a good thing to return oil to the environment from which it came.

It’s the rums talking I promise!

Hmmm…I dunno if I’ll be right to ride but could bring the crash truck and bbq plate???

I have a mind like a steel trap fairdinkum!

I don’t even recall typing this!

    I’d better turn up now!

I have a big bbq plate and a little plate which require a fire as well as a two burner stove, depending on how many turn up.

The fridge is always running in the ute ;) and if required I can dust off the giant esky in case there’s a case of the thirsties going around at the end of the day.
