Australiandirtbikeriders,(frequented by about 3 people these days, good lads but. an offshoot of sme people who decided DBW was not really their scene?)

Trailmates (might not have even posted up there, who knows?)

TT (serious ‘mericans, good for info)

DBW (left after being banned and threatened with legal action then un-banned, ‘dirtbelters world’. tediously longwinded threads about nought really. although the babe thread was pretty good!)

Sandfleas (someone made some plans and shifted some funds. forum vanished. an offshoot of lads that didn’t like being told not to wite swear words on the wlls of TT!!!)

ADBforum (boys that like to colour in pitchers of bikes and talk ad nauseum about how big their powerbands are! Banned something like eight times…fun but)

    cycleforums (dunno)

    trailmates (dunno)

    dirtrider (dunno)

adventureriders (too scared to talk sh1t to them blokes. I’ve seen threads where they talk about carrying handguns on rides!!!)

There are a couple more not worth mentioning and they are just the bike related ones. For a bit of light entertainment there’s nothing like a catlover’s forum or something relating to faeries at the bottom of the garden!

Oh if one get’s the chance they should vist Moderndrunkards.

Haven’t got to that yet. It looked like it’s at the oil filter cover, probably the flimsy ‘o’ ring again. Or the mechanic didn’t tighten it properly!

Either way I’ll have to degrease it and have a peek…

Sounds like a plan old man!

What brand is the honda one? How does the light switch fit up?

I’m really keen to rebuild the original one since the bore looks good still, just need to hunt down parts. Time’s not an issue at the moment because I’ve decided to check the valve clearances, poor old bugger doesn’t want to start on the electric leg which tells me they may need doing, it never ends…

It was one of those rides where the weather was perfect and everyone had a go at leading and everyone knew a bit of track so it linked together well. The ground was just the teeniest bit slippery enough to give me a few frighteners!

I’m really disappointed in my exploding guts and exploding Vorgina which ruined the day for me. That downhill into the gully would have been good with brakes. The rock subject of the latest competition frightened the crap out of me when I crested it and had no way of stopping…oh well, over we go!!!I’m sorry you blokes had to get back to the cars by the road, it was FREEZING! Pity i missed the afternoon run.

Didn’t fall off, didn’t get hurt. Good day I suppose really.

I don’t know how you blokes can ride on the roads and still keep a licence!

I’ve tried it a couple of times and reckon I am lucky to a)be alive and b)not be in custody!

If all his posts are going to be a piss take and a shit stir, then he should confine himself to the bull pit. If he can’t do that then piss him off.

Of course I’m sure that whoever he is, he feels very important, what with having another thread dedimacated to him.

    Good stuff!

I prefer reports with pics only. Reading all the big words gives me aches in my head!

I’ve worked for a time in Newtown and am well aware of the type of ‘funny buggers’ that haunt that place.

I maintain it’s a direct result of the mental health boofheads failing to lock up the nutters who as a result end up in places like Talbot House and walking the streets (shudder).

I can’t explain the younger ‘funny buggers’ of today…maybes it’s Coke and fast food???

Here’s my ‘funny bugger’ story for today. I pick my kids up from a railway station after school. I get there, park in a space and wait for the train. Trouble is, most of the other parents don’t feel they need to park in a space, instead choosing to line up in the centre of the carpark while they load their little brats. I then have to wait while they all move off before I can get out. So, today I just started reversing. There’s mud and crap all over my old ute and it’s quite difficult to see out the back see? :woohoo: so this belter in a nice new Audi beeped their horn. So I went back a little bit more…and they beeped a little bit more. This went on until I got to the point that I couldn’t afford!:S I think next time I might just park up at the exit and get out and walk away:P . I can be a ‘funny bugger’ too!

    Funny buggers indeed!

I remember when Husky Imports sold a few new from the crate in what…1996/7 or something?

Two blokes brought them up to the Watties but because of time the wate pump seals had perished…if I recall correctly.

Having said that I can’t help. (Just post-whoring!!)
