Murph meets Ev!
I am definitely bringing the GoPro on this rideSTM
Hey Ev
I am not sure yet which days but I will let you know as soon as possible.
Put me on the list :woohoo:STM
Hi Action
Nickj and I just checked it out for you. It has 1410km on the clock and 41 hours and it is very tidy. It has some scuffing on the clutch cover and a scratch on the pipe but no dents. We gave it a good going over and it needs a new counter shaft seal and front wheel bearings which they have agreed to throw in at no cost. They will also put a new sticker on that sweet Apropovik pipe to cover the scratched one.
It has a sweet bark to it and the front tyre is original which shows how little it has done. The owner works on a gas plant and is away a lot which explains the low mileage. He want to buy a 2012 570.The plastics are in like new state.
Nickj took some shots that he will post later.
At $8999 it is a very good buy in my opinion.STM
Have a great day champion!

Hey Wolfie
Those two questions are as subjective as religion and politics. :cheer:
Gearing wise try 14/52 for singletrack and work your way to the sweet spot from there. I run 13/51 but I am on a 250f. Remember 4 in the back equals 1 on the front but smaller fronts will free the donk up down low.
As for tyres I reckon the Pirelli MX Extra is an excellent starting point. If you can go softer try a Geomax or S12.GOOD LUCK MATE!
Your spot address is saved to my HTC and I will be cheering you all the way.
I am confused though? Didn’t it take the OBT adventure crew two years to get Cameron CornerSTM

Will be good to have some drinks with Spud again, just not as much as the Coffs weekend
  I agree LC…I agree…
Get over it you two. It was always going to happen and the smart money says it will happen again. Probably in Bellingen next month.

GaleyKTM300 wrote:Great reading lads. The dets sound good. Ev , what is your rear tyre of choice for the slick singles, rocky climbs and deep creek crossings? Looks like the stack of half worn tyres wont get a run for this sweet weekend.
Fresh S12’s Galey.

It was a great afternoons riding and Nickj was railing that little Honda! Once he dials it in a bit it will be a brilliant bike around our local. Best part is ee rode all afternoon and only used about $5 fuel between us.

Hey Action
I have seen that bike in the store and it looks very tidy. I will be in Grafton on Thursday so I can quiz Lee on it.
If you have not already checkout Lee Palmers race bio on his website. He has a massive amount of experience and if he says it is a good thing then it is.STM
