Catering Info:
Dinner for Friday night is booked at the Amble Inn and the shuttle bus will run us from the resort to the pub and back. I will confirm the time for this in a week or so but it will most likely commence pick ups from 6.30pm.
I met with Darlington Park this morning and organised breakfast for Saturday morning. Last year some people bought food with them and others went looking for it on the Saturday morning and had to rush back to make the ride so I thought this would be the best option. This way we all get fed in one spot and we are all gathered together ready for rider breifing at 8.30am.
If you do want to bring your own breakfast and eat it in your cabin on Saturday morning you can still do that but I thought this would be a good start to the day.
For anyone bringing their family they are included in this deal and I also arranged a price for kids.
Breakfast will be served at 7.30am in ‘The Ponds Cafe’. I will add these details to the first post so all ride details are in one spot.
$16 per adult:
$9 per child:
• Selection of juices, teas and coffee
• Selection of cereals, muesli and yoghurt
• Toast with condiments
• Fresh whole fruit or fruit salad
• Scrambled or fried eggs and crispy baconLunch on Saturday will be at the Golden Dog Hotel in Glenreagh. They do a great range of blackboard specials for $12.50 and I met with them today so they know the numbers to expect. Fuel will be shuttled to the pub to meet you at lunch as none is available in town. I ask you to pair up with some one so that my old man does not have to drive around with 50 jerry cans in my ute.
Dinner for Saturday will be at the Darlington Camp Cook House as it was last year. It is a great place to have a party and to do the auction without us geting in anyone elses way. For this you will need to bring something to throw on the BBQ. The resort does make BBQ catering packs so even this can be sorted on the day. As most of you are in cabins though you have a fridge so bring some snags or steaks for the BBQ. I will supply bread, salads and condiments as I did last year so you don’t have to worry about the small stuff. I will bring paper plates and plastic knifes and forks so if you need something with more class then BYO it. There is a bottle shop up the road so you can stock up for this Saturday afternoon if you did not bring it with you. The Camp Cook House has fridges and I will bring some large eskies and ice.
Sunday morning you will can order some breakfast off the cafe menu or eat whatever you bring. I am pretty sure I skipped that meal last year and even struggled to keep lunch down

If you have not nominated your ride days yet let me know if you can in the next week or so as I need to confirm numbers for each of the three days.

Welcome to the site Escoe
Sounds like you are a perfect fit mate. I rode a mates WR400 a few months ago and they are angry buggers. They certainly have toned down the modern WR450 compared to that screamer.
There are some good rides that go down in your neck of the woods and keep your eye out for anything posted by Hatto. He is on the South Coast and knows some great riding.Enjoy OBT
