Did you find it hard to start your Drz? Mine didn’t want to go on the birthday ride ! ( about -2)
Nick,
Your just not talking to her the right way
And a bit of foreplay to warm her up mate
Adam.
I fondeled everything I could to warm her up but even after a short idle she turned the cold shoulder !!
I then tried kicking her but no luck ! 👿
Then a few boys got behind her , gave a big push , and she had no choice but fire up then
We are still talking about bikes right ???
I pushed the hardest and when she finally fired up she left a stain on my leg. DRZ’s are dirty :S

Happy Birthday Mate
If I was a real King I would organise a public holiday for you
Have a great day mate.STM
I should have a pic or two to add tomorrow night. I rode TB’s for about 1 km at Sunny Corner and that was enough for me

Ollie wrote:They are an awsome bit of gear very well engineered but they do have a few issues. If you stall on a hill, you havnt got your gears to hold you there and you can free wheel back down.
you cant bump start your bike, even if you can get it up to 100kays, the engine has to be turning to engage the centrifigal balls.
If you park your bike on a steep hill or driveway your bike has a fair chance of rolling and then crashing, I made up a handbrake out of an inner tube.I would buy another one in a heart beat, great in the mud

I thought they made it impossible to stall. I did read on their site that in the event of an emergency the exp can be configured to bump start but I presume that means removing the side cover.

I am having an EXP Core installed and will give a full report when I get my bike back.

Hi Yammyman.
Welcome to the site. It seems you are either riding or drinking. We will get on fine.

I read the subject line and thought “It’s not Boony’s birthday next monday” but then I realised your were talking about the real queen.
Enjoy it boys and if I don’t get up before I will be there for the Xmas party.STM
Hey Ev
The Macksville ride you led that day would be grade 3. It got tricky in spots because it was so wet but generally that would be a 3.STM
Happy birthday mate.
You were still going strong on the bike at 52 so another year shouldn’t make any difference.
Enjoy your day.

I remembered it being much rockier last year than this year. Either it was the trail selection or Tekniks working their magic but I loved the riding. Those pine forest singles were epic and I am looking forward to next year already.

Welcome aboard Reddog.
We have a few members up your way and plenty more spread around the country so keep an eye out for upcoming rides and get amongst it.
Enjoy the site.STM
I live on the Coffs Coast but back in the day I used to ride DH Mtb up there. Nice to see it is still getting ridden.
Enjoy
